The most reasonable private clinic then othes. Others "cekik darah"..to expensive. No control on charges. My recommendations to this clinic .

The veterinarian are very nice? the vet is trusted among other locals, also sell cat foods, cat carriage, and scratcher, and many more toys.

Good clinic. Just don't touch other's pet or let people touch your pet. Their pet or your pet could have infectious diseases and spreading it around doesn't help.

*Updated* Went here the other day for neuter service. For male cat RM80, for female cat RM130. My cat was warded post op, and that costs me RM18 per day per cat. I sent three cats here, but only two survived. One died post op, they even called me to inform my cat was dead only the day after - with the reason they forgot to call me. I was devastated at that time. Then they said they already did the parvo test and they claimed she was tested positive for that test. So I was like okay, it looks like a valid reason. Then 4 days after brought the other two back home, one of them fell sick. Decided to bring her to gov vet nearby and they told me she was having a fever. They asked me whether this clinic discharged my cats with antibiotic and I said no, they didn't. The vet was kinda surprised because he said practically cats will be covered with antibiotic once discharged home to prevent any kind of infection post operatively. Mind you, at that time, there are three cats owner that came with same problem, with all their cats just discharged from this clinic post op, having similar complications. Then today, another one that was neutered here, just fell sick. He refused to eat and keep having diarrhea since this evening. Both vets are closed so I got no choice just to let him rest first and do whatever I can with hope he would survived until tomorrow so I can bring him to vet gov. And this one also not covered with antibiotic. Honestly IDK who to be blamed other than this clinic. I used to neuter my cats in Kuantan private vet and I never face this kind of problem. My other cats never face any complications. All of them are healthy and active pre and post op. The only reason I brought my cats here is because of PKP. I'm very disappointed with this clinic. I sent my three healthy active cats to them and only 2 managed to come back home. And now one of them is very ill. I consulted to other vet that I know and they told me most probably because of lack of hygiene and the environment during the op is not fully sterile enough. I'm speechless.
