★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service from doctor. Ubat yg diberikan biasanya berkesan pada kucing.
Untuk penambahbaikan, dlm resit seharusnya senaraikan ubatan@treatment apa beserta harga. Jangan keluar resit harga lump sump shja. Supaya pelanggan lebih berpuas hati.
Tidak terima walk in. Perlu call untuk dapatkan appointment.
 Good service from doctor. The medicine given is usually effective in cats.
For improvement, the receipt should list the medicine@treatment along with the price. Don't just issue a lump sump price receipt. So that customers are more satisfied.
Do not accept walk in. Need to call to get an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedai klinik haiwan yang affordable dan layanan baik kepada customer ??, kedai paling feveret❤️ almost one year ulang alik sini sebab i ada banyak kucing, tapi one thing yang i perasan, ada sesetengah customer ni cacat mental ke pekak ke apa lah kan, datang2 nak angin2 macam dia seorang yang paling kaya kat dalam malaysia tak reti bersabar tak ikut sop bila datang dkt kedai (affordable) make sense lah kalau tak buat appointment orang akan ramai sangat, saya pun tak faham tengok gelagat customer2 kayangan tapi otak ayah pin ni maki2 staff macam kau ni takde common sense ke adab ke takde ke mak bapak tak ajar eh? kecik2 taknak mampus, sekian ulasan jujur dari pelanggan tetap yang nampak manusia bodoh ni depan mata.
Affordable animal clinic shop and good service to customers ??, the most feveret shop❤️ almost one year commute here because I have a lot of cats, but one thing I noticed, there are some customers who are mentally handicapped to deaf to what, come2 I want the wind like he's the richest person in Malaysia, I can't wait to come to the store (affordable). Make sense, if you don't make an appointment, people will be very crowded, I also don't understand the behavior of customers Staff like you don't have common sense, manners, don't teach, eh? kecik2 taknak mampus, so many honest reviews from regular customers who see this stupid man in front of their eyes.

calls don't answer...many times..the average is good service, satisfied..looks like it's not the same, reviews that praise like all...I'm attaching a picture of the call log

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my kitten there. They are surprisingly super cheap, consultation + deworm cost me only RM20. Decent service, they seem gentle with my kitten. It’s our first visit. The items here are pretty reasonable as well. I bought a cat carrier and they gave additional discounts. Not sure because they’re just nice or they loved my kitten ?
Just a tip, it’s best if you come alone since they allow only one representative only per pet and there’s not much waiting area due to covid I presume. Bare in mind that the location has moved next to J&T, facing new Bank Rakyat building. Sometimes it can get a little warm, aircond is in treatment rooms only. Overall, they’re definitely decent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample parking space. Waiting time is long because there is only 1 vet. Spay/Neuter cost is quite cheap since it is inclusive of 2 days of boarding. The price is the cheapest when compared to the other vets within Taman Melawati.
Front desk: service is okay. She's more of the serious type (never seen her smile) but is super helpful.
Vet: she LISTENS to you. She explains what might have caused certain illness and occasionally enquired about your cat's history. She hardly enquires about your cat's medical history, but what differentiates her from the other vets is that she listens when you offer it to her. So you get the reassurance that her recommendations are reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to go as ample parking space provided. Friendly doctor that gives plenty of useful information to us owners. I think this is by far the cheapest vet in town. I went for Vaccine+Deworm+Flea treatment and it costed me RM79. Not sure if there are other vets that offer cheaper price, please let me know.
