★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to any pets clinic. Sent my cat suffering from deadly viral infection. According to them, it is a plaque now with only 20% survival rate. My cat is still fighting to stay alive ???
The veternarian is friendly and the service is quick. The clinic also sell Royal Canine pets food, accessories and grooming products, mostly high end stuff... If you have special breed pets, they'll need good pampering... Plenty of parking space and free...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The medical cost for a cat usually not exceed more than rm50 based on my experience. The doctor's expertise is really good as they can usually spot my cat's symptom right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be very honest im a bit dissapointed with the treatment but service was very good . Overall my experience was not so good. Dont think i will bring my pet there again though i must say the doctor and staffs are so good towards customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first time bringing a cat to a vet and honestly I was rly scared. I told the Dr everything about my kitten's hoping that it'll help. The Dr was very kind and calm and gave my kitten a fever shot and a deworm medicine. He also advised me to give my kitten some sugar water if my kitten looks weak and not eating and it rly helped. My kitten is very healthy rn thank you dr
I also thought the cost will be pricey but I only had to pay rm30

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is very good at works.. the only problem is with the cashier lady gemuk pendek... she should be more polite with the customer especially with pakcik and makcik.. management should view this matter seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent services! The doctor removed the feeding tube which was swallowed by my baby Parrot. Involved some minor "skin cutting operation" which literally made me to collapse (no kidding!). At the end of the day, both my Parrot and myself were treated at the Clinic! Price was very reasonable. The doctor is equipped with required knowledge and skills. I recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my cat here for a check up. My cat got wound on its body so the doc prescribe antibiotic, inflammatory meds and injection for a cheap price.
Dr seems to think it is only normal wound. Got pus on its wound but doc dont bother to clean it. At all. No assistant to help doc to hold the cat. So i took my cat home. The meds was taken as told but it didn’t cure my cat. I am not satisfied.
So i go for another pet clinic at s2 and later find out that my cat got infected with sporo.
I am shocked. Why the doc here cannot find out my cat disease? The wound is just the same when i took to this 2 clinic. No excuse there. Sporo is very dangerous to pet and its owner if not treated seriously.
One more, staff should behave like working in clinics and not in some market, talking loudly. Dr & staff should wear proper attire like formal treatment attire and wear shoes.
