โ โ โ โ โ Two doctors, both kind. Price is great, but a vet isn't always available. Unlike other pricier vets, these will not try to upsell you to unneeded surgery. Kennel service, however, appears to be substandard if you expect your dog to get pleasant walks and personal attention. Heidi, my wife, says they are well stocked with meds and supplies. And after four visits they know her dog's name.

โ โ โ โ โ Very rude, very annoying and price increase monthly. Poor management. Cant even arrange appointment for operation. If u doesn't want to offer ur service just inform when we are calling u. We can look other clinic. Plz teach ur staff how response thru phone call. Bloody rude.
Behave yourself, one day u might need help from others. In pandemic dun be rude to others. Karma will respond very soon.

โ โ โ โ โ I like the girl namely Anita Sophia, she is very nice and will explain to me briefly and also very polite and kind . But i feel a little bit sad the medicine is quite dear. I wonder can other people afford? But anyway i have't meet the doctor yet.

โ โ โ โ โ Good doctor and treatment however very poor and irresponsible customer service. Do look into the matter as customers should not be calling repeatedly to make an appointment or waiting for a promised call back that never happens.

Staff are not friendly and not explain the receipt but just circle the total for me to pay. kinda rude for me like do you think i cant pay for that treatment? I was here 5 years ago and the service was tiptop.but not now, completely different. too bad you cant keep the quality.

โ โ โ โ โ So far gd service , staff dr sophia is vy well experienced staff & explain evrything in details about pricing & treatments.if u don't undrstand, she explains again with patience unlike d anthr staff.. My cat is recovering well.
