★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12-1-2021 The nurse or staff did not wear any mask, did not follor any sop guidelines , and there was no hand sanitizer, temparature in the clinic. It is very disappointing due to current pandemic numbers are increasing. I hope you all will look in to this matter.
当我走进去后我就询问在柜台的工作人員说今天是否有医生？
结果回答我的是另一位病患女士，她当着工作人員的面告诉我说 医生今天有在，不到1分钟后病患女生下楼，我立马再询问，结果工作人員回答我今天没医生? ，我就立马下楼，还和刚刚回答我问题的女士一起下楼，在电梯里 她很惊讶问我为什么不看了，我回答说刚刚工作人員告诉我 今天医生不回来？？？之后她很热心的边说边show她手机（医生在和她whatsapp 说还有10分钟到）??后续我去了别家看病，（之后我越想越担忧打了通电话去，电话里有一女生告知医生都只是在做线上看诊?（从我进门已经站在离她们最远的地方大概3分钟多吧,我一进门就是透明？）klink在三楼办工楼户型，地方不大 我不敢往没戴口罩的人靠近）

When I walked in, I asked the staff at the counter if there is a doctor today?
In the end, it was another patient woman who answered me. She told me in front of the staff that the doctor was there today. Less than 1 minute later, the patient girl went downstairs. I immediately asked again. The staff answered that I did not have it today. Doctor ?, I immediately went downstairs, and also went downstairs with the lady who just answered my question. In the elevator, she was surprised and asked why I didn’t watch it. I replied that the staff just told me that the doctor would not be back today? ? ? After that, she was very enthusiastic and said and showed her mobile phone (the doctor was telling her whatsapp and there are still 10 minutes to arrive) ??I went to another home to see a doctor, (after that, the more I thought about it, the more worried I called and a girl was on the phone. Tell the doctors that they are only doing online consultations? (I have been standing at the farthest place away from them for about 3 minutes since I entered the door, right? When I enter the door, it is transparent?) Klink is on the third floor of the office building, which is not too big for me Don’t dare to approach people who don’t wear a mask)
