★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seorang Doktor perempuan. Yg pasti bukan Dr Hartati, ada masalah attitude. Orang datang sebab sakit, kau buat perangai dgn penuh lagak. Siot je. Jangan sampai aku sound dlm bilik tu sudah, kan malu kau dgn staff kau tu. Pesakit tanya, jawab tu biar beretika. Aku bukan buat dosa dgn kau pun. Bukannya tak bayar. Lumrah dunia, aku hormat kau, kau hormat aku. Aku tak kan pergi dah klinik mcm ni.
 A female Doctor. Which is definitely not Dr. Hartati, there is an attitude problem. People come because they are sick, you behave in a full-blown manner. Siot is. Don't let me sound in that room already, you're ashamed of your staff. The patient asks, the answer is let it be ethical. I did not sin with you either. Instead of not paying. Naturally, I respect you, you respect me. I did not go to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik ni sangat bagus sebab staff dia semuanya mesra, sentiasa siap sedia untuk membantu. Lokasi pun dekat dgn kawasan perumahan.. very convenient and good job to all staffs ✌??
This clinic is very good because the staff are all friendly, always ready to help. The location is close to the residential area .. very convenient and good job to all staffs ✌??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servis sangat teruk. isteri scan baby kali pertama takde explain langsung. bila tanya "tk nampak baby ya dokter"? dia cakap "tak nampak sebab perut tebal sangat lenguh tangan saya scan" dgn muka ketat mcm malas layan...ini dapat lesen doktor ikut jalan belakang ke??? bahasa mcm bukan seorang dokter yg profesional. maaf sy tk recommend! kepada Dr Mardiah anda tidak layak jadi DOKTOR!! shame on you...first and last datang sini!!
service is very bad. wife scan baby for the first time takde explain immediately. when asked "do not see the baby doctor"? he said "I can't see because my stomach is so thick, my hand is scanned" with a tight face, I'm too lazy to serve ... can I get a doctor's license to follow the back road ??? mcm language is not a professional doctor. sorry and tk recommend! to Dr Mardiah you do not deserve to be a DOCTOR !! shame on you ... first and last come here !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sakit perut tp doctor macam reluctant nak check. boleh tanya kita balik sakit perut apa? mana lah saya tahu sakit perut sebab apa. saya datang sbb nk kena check. ni tanya patient balik. pastu check nak tak nak. bukan ada orang pon kat luar. nasib dapat mc je.
stomach ache tp doctor kind of reluctant to check. can you ask us what stomach ache is? How do I know the cause of stomach pain. I came to check. he asked the patient back. pastu check nak tak nak. There are no people outside. luck can mc je.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis teruk and front counter jenis lepas tangan. No first contact resolution! I went to the clinic due to period pain sampai tahap leg pain and I Perlukan refferal letter to consult specialist. I dpt the letter but my GL got declined and I need to get my referral letter amended. I called before going to the clinic again just to check on the queue because I can't afford to wait as I'm experiencing heavy dysmenorrhoea and right leg pain. I also suggested the clinic easier alternative which is I want to email them the letter and they can email the amended letter back to me but the nurse insisted me to revisit the clinic and I was promised that the queue is not long and if it's long, I don't have to wait because they will give me priority to cut the queue. So now I'm at the clinic no queue no given to me. They keep me waiting for so long.
Updated: they just handed me the queue no. I was here long before a few other patients! TERRIBLE SERVICE. I'm okay if it's on first come first serve basis. But hello, u told me to sit down and wait for my name to be called but after waited for so long they only u handed me the queue no sorry I cannot tolerate this.
