★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend if anyone want to do swab test here. Just be honest if you cant give the pcr result the time you said and dont give false hope. If there is below than one star definitely I will pick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a pcr test,they said they will email me the lab results but they only updated the mysejahtera app and I didn't get any lab results,so I couldn't get immigration approval to fly to miri for work,wasted my money and time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience taking covid19 PCR test here. The staff who take the swab was very rough and till my nose starts bleeding. I’m a trained SRN to take covid19swab , my patient never had epitaxis and will handle our patient gently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, very bad & unfriendly attitude of all the receptionists from the way they communicate with me & my wife when we're doing the name registration.
Apart from that, Dr.Amish do provided us a very professional consultation toward my wife which suspected herself having serious gastic distress for the first time, while in same mean time she having period as well. So, the outcome of the doctor's consultation said that my wife is due to normal period stomach pain (my wife dont believe it is normal period pain), so my wife are provided with pain killer & gastic tablet.
We're fine and glad with Dr.Amish, but when came out from the room. My wife forgot to ask for medical certificate since she applied for medical leave toward her employer. So, she went back into the room after paying medicine fee and ask from Dr.Amish. Here's the annoying part from Dr.Amish, he said my wife condition is 'normal period pain' just like other womans, therefore my wife should apply annual leave towards her employer instead of getting medical certificate from him. The attitude of the doctor said to my wife is that his clinic are not doing such busineses as in selling medical certificate and those words from Dr.Amish left us stunned.
You suspecting a patient which is in great pain are trying to bluff a medical cert from your clinic? If you don't understand the situation of my wife's condition, please dont say such words. Disappointed at the end. Bad experience with this clinic.
*DON'T EVEN WANT TO RATE ONE (1) STAR , BUT HAVE TO RATE AS WELL TO ABLE TO POST OUT AS REMINDER FOR OTHER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their express PCR test is super fast, same day get the result. Was super urgent as it was public holiday on the next day and most clinics can’t do it and thanks Klinik Health Plus and Dr Amish for the express result??

My mistake or the doc has no sense?
Went to the clinic in the evening 4-5pm. The night before I can't even sleep until noon because of diarrhea and gastric. After check my problems, i asked the doc a MC for my day off from that morning. Then he ask me in not so polite tone why i didn't came to the clinic in morning if i working in the morning and why did i came in the evening. And so, i told him that i was slept after not sleep all night long plus at that time i have no vehicle to go anywhere and have to wait my housemate to pick me up after he back from work. Then the funny doc said to me that 'you can't give a reason that you don't own any vehicle, because you're an adult.'
Lol yes i'm an adult, but I'm just an intern student with his only motorcycle stolen 3 days earlier?, what are you expect?? What should i said then? Hmm
Other service is okay, maybe it just not a lucky week for me. Dear Doc, pls let the patients talk their problems a bit and listen. Not drilling some nail from your mouth without listen first. Sometimes it add some salt to people.?
