★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had been to many private clinic both in KL and PJ. but seriously i have to tell you, most of the doctor they want your money only and care nothing about your illness. but, this Dr from Klinik Hero is totally different, he really treat you with all his effort, careful, and care not if he spent lot of times with you, as long as he can identify your problem. He is the best doctor i ever see. i hope Malaysia will have more doctor like him, he shall be the role models for other old (and so called "experienced" ) and money-minded doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my PCR test with them, not only the result was wrong but they stopped replying my messages and refused to collaborate.
Even tho their urgent PCR was more expensive than all other clinics.
Very rude and irresponsible. Definitely i wont come back or recommend anyone to do so. Wase of time, money snd energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly love the experience here. Took my booster jab here by walk in. All done within less than 10 minutes. Nurse Lina who jabbed me is so warm and friendly. Showed me the qty from the vial 0.3ml and showed me again before jabbing. Very professional and quick. Thank you Klinik Hero! Truly a hero!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for booster shot (pfizer). They accept walk in which just need to show MySejahtera and IC/passport. Nurses and doctors are nice and very helpful. The whole process took only 15 mins. MySejahtera also updated right after the shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go to this clinic because previously their nurses, doctors are very2 pleasant and helpful. Plus their medications are different than ones I’ve visited before I became a regular here every time I get sick.
Today my perception changed after a nurse’s incompetence saying I wasn’t given an MC for my visit. The doctor that was in was very sweet, diagnosed me well and helpful in advice to rest, drink a lot of calcium & keeping myself hydrated. She mentioned to give me 2 days rest with MC.
I didn’t request for one. The doctor on duty had said she would issue me the MC. Please train your nurse. It’s bad enough that I am in poor condition, then to be treated like I ‘bribed’ or ‘faked’ my sickness to get a medical cert.
This review is specifically for that nurse. And i end my complain here.
