★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staff are not friendly, from front desk including the doctor. Visited the clinic to check my baby, the doctor so called “pakar” is not convincing enough. So guys, i would not recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my two kids in for additional vaccines like pneumococcal & rotavirus vaccines here; setting appointments at night through phone call is a breeze & yes you can walk-in during afternoon. The only trusted paediatrician coz I had encountered few times at other general clinics where they would administer medications without weighing my toddlers first. At Klinik Hikmah, they would always weigh first to calculate correct dosage & if you have a chief complaint about your baby; the specialist would check your baby as a whole & not just focusing on the main concern. The price was reasonable for a specialist rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my kids here since the first one til number the fourth, for acute fever illness to vaccination, I can say I am happy with the service. The paediatric doctor may not be the typical cheerful or bubbly kid doctor you may have been exposed on TV, but he is professional and efficient. The downside for me is to get parking at the clinic can be a bit difficult due to its location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time! Doctor Zamsyari doesn't deserve to be a paediatrician. Brought my 1 year old son to check for his cough. He suspected us of Covid without even doing a thorough interview with us. None of our family member has inflicted with virus. In the end, he doesn't even want to put his stethoscope to check my son's breath just looking from afar waiting for the baby to stop crying then and only going to do so when he stop crying, logical method? The thing is, he is not the only paediatric we have consulted. Previous paediatricians we have consulted from many clinicks in other states check the breathing like any normal doctors would do! Please fix your attitude and being friendly as any paediatrics do or just retire!

The pediatrician very unfriendly and some sort of arrogance.. maybe because the clinic located in kelantan, hence they dont have much compatitor and take for granted in servicing the patients. I came in to this conclusion because this is not my first time facing the unfriendly pediatrician with another private hosp in kelantan. Compare to pediatrician in KL, they are very friendly, very good in interpersonal skill and we are feel welcoming to see them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the paediatric Dr. Not friendly at all and very arrogant. If u want to bring ur children just forget about it. Not worth it with the service and consultation provided.
However the O&G Dr is very good and professional. Consult with great explanation, friendly,and soft spoken Dr. I do recommend if u want to meet O&G Dr but not peadtric Dr.
