★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是来自檳城游客，已经是预约时间要到怡宝游玩，不幸的是刚好遇到生病本身又有气喘 ，吃完一个星期在檳城医生开给我药。都没有好转。。但是我在这里 遇到一位 (dr lily wong 医生)。。很细心解释我的病情 重新开药给我。。吃过几天 我的病情真是好转好多。没这样辛苦了。。多谢lily wong 医生。
 I am a tourist from Penang. I have already made an appointment to go to Yibao. Unfortunately, I just encountered illness and I have asthma. I took a doctor in Penang for a week. Did not improve. . But I met a person here (dr lily wong). . Very careful to explain my condition, re-patrol me. . After a few days of eating, my condition is really much better. Not so hard. . Thank you, Dr. lily wong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was visiting for a course from out of town and discovered at night that my kids had an eye infection. It was already quite late in the evening and I was in a state of near panic as most pharmacies and clinics close early near our hotel and we had been turned away by a pharmacy nearby. The staff that greeted me were very polite and emphatic. Registration was done without much hassle. We were seen by the very humble and attentive Dr.Chai (whom to our good fortune was also an ophthalmologist). They keep a wide array of medication that suited our needs. Dr.Chai was careful to discuss each medicine with us and answer all our concerns. I would definitely recommend this clinic for professional family care and eye related treatment when in Ipoh ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my booster dose in this clinic yesterday. Doctor seemed irritable when I asked to have a glimpse of the syringe, just in case to confirm my vaccine was really there for me. That's my rightful right to check, and the attitude towards my request was not okay at all. I had the nurse voluntarily asked me to check on the syringe when I took my first and second dose, this is how the procedure should go.
After the injection being done, I noticed the usual QR code of the vaccination page hadn't been scanned and asked the doctor about it. Somehow it irritates her again, a simple question to ask for the usual procedure to go smoothly. This is what she said, "We will do it ourselves, we have many people waiting to be vaccinated out there." Oh, looked like I was not welcoming at all. Such a nuisance to ask a question about the scanning of the vaccination QR code. ?
