★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpahlah staff perempuan yang pakai spek muka dah berumur tu memang kurang ajar tak ada manners langsung... Mungkin Dr kesiankan dia je sbb tu stay kan dia lagi kerja sana... Org dtg klinik dah tentu2 sakit... Mmg tak ada adap betul... Cakap membelakangi patient... Atau mungkin staff tu adalah kaum kerabat Dr atau dia memang kaki pandai kipas punya org... I think Dr kalau you nak terus keep staff you I tak ada masalah tapi tolong ambil tindakan untuk staff you... Perngai dia boleh drop your business also because customer service to handle with patient is very rubbish... Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis kaunter yg sgt2 kurang ajar. Dah 2 kali aku kena dgn 2 orang ini. Tanya soalan berkaitan dgn ubat tapi dijawab dgn biadab sekali sehingga boleh mengeluarkan perkataan “Sukahati kamu lah!” & “Kalau you dah tahu knp tanya lagi?!” You sbg seorang professional tapi boleh mengeluarkan penyataan sebegini. Kalau boleh diberi 0 bintang saya pasti bagi 0 bintang utk klinik yg langsung tidak tahu menjaga pesakit ini.
The counter service is sgt2 rude. I've been with these two people twice. Ask questions related to medicine but are answered so rudely that you can utter the words "Sukahati kamu lah!" & "If you already know, why not ask again ?!" You as a professional but can issue a statement like this. If it can be given 0 stars, I will definitely give 0 stars for clinics that do not know how to take care of this patient.
