β β β β β The nurse is not helpful. Leave my boy and me alone in the room to suck the gas. My boy is unwilling to suck and keep struggling. He cried so loud and not even come in and have a look or ask do i need any help!

β β β β β The decoration of that place is very children friendly. Its the reason i give 1 star. Otherwise from receptionist, doctors service and treatment should be improved. Receptionist not welcoming, assume everyone is regular customer kot. Not welcoming question at all, with that face...I donβt know how to describe it. Then waiting quite long, I met a male doctor. Less than 5 minutes asking question then he prescribed medications. I asked for opinion regarding want to start antibiotic or not, he asked me, βu nak tengok anak u teruk dulu baru start ubat (antibiotic)?β
Seriously i tell you, no more HOPE!

β β β β β This is the second time we came here,the younger receptionist not so friendly (look like indonesian not that i hate foreigner but please change your attitude you are the face of your country and the institution itself),the lady doctor also like in hurry and to strict in term of in asking question about patient,compared to the male doctor, so comfortable with him. Reminder, we came to the hospital because we worried about our daughter, you should comfort us, not the other way around. The good side is the charges is reasonable.
