★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 2 hours over 4 patients. I know Doctor Suresh is a good listener and talker but I just a need a good doctor. At least a professional doctor that respects his long awaiting patients than his own friends by simply putting them straight in the room.
Unethical. Disrespectful.
Not worth the wait, because by end of the day, after the “good chatting”, he will give you the same medicine like others. Antibiotics, Panadol - is it better quality medicine? I don’t think so.
So I left.

The doctor don’t know the clinic is crowded and yet can chat that long inside the room.
Wasted an hour and i decide to walk out and visit other panel clinic.

One of the Doctor never bothered to listen to patient's condition and kept talking back.. it was really embarrassing especially when he did it right infront of the other staffs.Treating people badly as if we are consulting for free. never returning back!!!

Dr Ramesh's diagnostics are so apt and very reliable. Excellent/professional/ friendly/ emphathetic/ sincere/kind etc, no qualms here.. The only complaints I have are as follows:
1.Price of Medicines
a. The price of the drugs are quite exobitant. 2 or 3 times more than MMC consumer price checker & Pharmacies. Eg. A strip of 10pills of a particular medicine worth around RM15 is charged at RM50 to the patient. It is advisable to take the prescription from doc & buy them from pharmacies or online, which is far more cheaper.
2. Itemisation of consultation and medicines fees
b. Itemised medicines/ consultation fees are not automatically provided. A total amount is shown on the manual receipt. Only upon our request for the breakdown, it is handwritten at the back of the receipt, not computerised.
3. Medicare Insurance payments
When the payments are claimed via other parties they (the counter nurses) must print out the details updated at the insurance portals to the patients to be compared against physical prescriptions given to us personally or the need to buy them from outside. There have been incidences of invalid update of meds but not given to patients, which could be due to an oversight or human error.
The above improvements must be implemented for fairness/transparency etc services to its patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a really great and comfortable consultation session with DR. RAMESH. He was very thorough, helpful and friendly! May god bless you. Came in the evening and it was quite late, I suppose the staffs were probably exhausted by then but they did not fail in providing a very great service. I was subscribed with very effective medication for my chest pain! Overall satisfied although the waiting period took some time, it is understandable as the doctor is genuinely concern in the patients health background to give an accurate diagnosis :)
