★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst panel clinic i m going before with all the basic necessity dont have and really disappointed. The charges is also expensive as we are panel that is with irrelevant diagnosis . All this is a basic thing that we are expecting from your clinic. Please improve this and else really ashame to so call clinic. They write so big one of their motto and goal to be one of best medical clinic in Malacca. How this gonna be.
My kid got some minor wound on leg and some bleeding.Hopefully can get some basic medical necessity treatment like iodin, some Gause and medicine to avoid more infection and get it better .Non of the medical supplies above available and say they dont have it.
Because we want to have some medical supplies for wound treatment that the reason we are go to your clinic. The medical assistance ask us to buy ourself at pharmacy which is already late evening 10.30p.m .If like that why should we need to go clinic and just give us a fever medicine that use for a pain relief.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service Rt-PCR, late result and poor tagging for urgent cases. I already told u this PCR test for travelling but u guys not tagging properly, next time dont put 24-48 hours ok, put 48 hours, next time jgn buat kerje sambil lewa ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok.. I had a bad experience today. When for see Dr for runny nose and cough. The clinic staff ask for saliva test result if you done earlier or else you need to do one prior meeting Dr. Dr won't be seeing you without saliva test. We are in endemic phase and you're asking for saliva test result prior meeting Dr. So you guys want to be save is it??
Really unfair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had good experience with the clinic visit. Brought dad and sis to see dr for newly onset AF and skin issues.
Vitals (only BP, Temp and HR were taken) and ECG were done for my dad prior to consultation, met a Chinese Dr in the clinic who interacts well with my father. Wasn’t too many patient so the waiting time wasn’t long. Dr Hoo CS is friendly, nice and thoughtful. He simply explained my dad conditions to him and started him on medication, also put up referral letter on my req. Overall, the clinic visit with Dr Hoo was good. Reasonable price.
