Those doc can easily say "our X-ray can't be use since 2 weeks ago" and pharmacy also dont hv proper medicine stock !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time and definitely my last time here. The doctors are great but some of the nurses are not professional. They don't even know how to use the ECG machine and just simply do it for me. I usually have a very low blood pressure, but the nurse insist to check my blood pressure until they get a normal result. The receptionist and cashier are very rude and unfriendly. I told the receptionists I have chest pain and heart pain, but the receptionist show me her unfriendly face to me and write smth that made me felt discriminated. Is still RMCO for now, but I saw most of the staffs don't wear mask properly, they even eating in the counter and talking to each other without a mask in front of patient.

Politely introduced myself eventhough i cn hear the irritation in your voice. Politely said thank you even when you are explaining things to me spitefully. You even had the audacity to "hempas telefon"..this isnt what nurses taught in nursing school, no matter how old u are.u r government servant, is supposed to treat your customer politely.i dont really mind it if i was being rude as well, but i did nothing wrong, i believe my tones are pleasant as well cuz im trying to politely asking for information. May both sides of your pillow hot madam. Forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything are in order. Good and clean. But there is something need to be done to make it better. Make one room for elderly with wheelchair so then thay don't have to move from one section to other in order just to check BP, sugar level, etc. They easily get confused and its tiring them. Signage in clinic is not clear where to go so on. Wheelchare should be place outside at the first point people queueing. Not inside the building, hidden and no signage. Staff and nurses chatting unnecessarily makes the waiting far more longer. Farmasi is the best, fast, efficient and friendly.
