★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni nak tanya pasal surat cuti sakit... tak kan tak boleh bagi lebih kot... saya dari Kulim nak balik ke batu kurau semata-mata nak amik surat cuti sakit ja... kat situ dah buang minyak dan masa dah... kami pon ada kerja juga bukan tak dak kerja boleh ulang alik p klinik batu kurau kalau kata sekali p dapat cuti sakit 2 @3 minggu terus tak pa ni sekali p dapat 5 hari ja... jenuh la nak ulang alik... ni tolong fikir sama orang lain bila dah nampak pesakit tu teruk bagi la cuti sebulan terus ... bukan banyak pon 30 hari ja tu pon nak kena ulang alik ka.... hiii tuan DR saya ni pon ada keluarga ada kerja bukan senang nak p ulang alik semata- mata p jumpa minta surat cuti pastu balik. PENATLAH!!! Fikir lah orang sama
I want to ask about the sick leave letter ... can't I give more coats ... I'm from Kulim, I want to go back to Batu Kurau, I just want to get a sick leave letter ... I've wasted oil and time there ... .we don't have a job either, I don't have a job, I can commute to the Batu Kurau clinic, if I say once I can get sick leave for 2 @3 weeks, then I can't, once I get 5 days ... I'm tired, I want to commute ... Please think with other people when you see that the patient is bad for a month's leave ... it's not a lot of pounds for 30 days, so I have to commute .... hiii, sir, my DR, I have a family, I have a job, I'm not happy. commute only p meet ask for a leave letter must return. TIRED!!! Think of the same people
