★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ni Kali ke2 sy mencuba perkhidmatan rawatan cabut gigi di klinik kerajaan . Kali pertama di klinik kerajaan di Puchong. Kebiasaan nya netizen rata rata akan kata kan doctor di pihak swasta lebih bagus layanannya. Tapi bgi sy . Klinik kerajaan tidak kurang hebat tandingnya. Sy seorang yg sgt fobia bila berdepan dgn doctor Gigi. Tapi Kali Ni sy sgt kagum dgn doctor yg merawat sy. Kenapa?? Sebab doctor mampu tenangkan sy dri awal rawatan hinggalah tercabut nya Gigi sy. Layanan DR. NICOLE LOH sgt perihatin dan hasil kerjanya yg caring membuat sy rasa tenang dlm proses rawatan. Terima kasih
Pst : Cuma sedikit untuk diberikan perhatian reception Klinik di pintu masuk klinik mahupun dimeja seharus lebih pro active bila menyambut pelawat. "Efficiency approaching and smile " will be great to be practice at all times.
 Today is the 2nd time I tried tooth extraction treatment services at a government clinic. First time at a government clinic in Puchong. The average netizen will say that the doctor in the private sector has better service. But bgi sy. Government clinics are no less great. Sy is a very phobic person when confronted with a dentist. But Kali Ni sy is very impressed with the doctor who treated sy. Why?? Because the doctor was able to calm sy from the beginning of the treatment until his teeth were removed. DR. NICOLE LOH is very caring and her caring work makes me feel calm in the treatment process. Thank you
Pst: Just a little to pay attention to the clinic reception at the entrance of the clinic or at the table should be more pro active when welcoming visitors. "Efficiency approaching and smile" will be great to be practice at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service by the nurses and assistant nurses. Today my mother who is a heart patient went for checkup. One of the nurses took her card n put it somewhere, did not even comeback to my mom. Made my mom wait for almost 3 hrs, all those patients who came behind my mom are going in to see the drs. but my mom and brother who is an OKU had to sit there and wait for so long. When my mom asked why her turn is not coming despite others going in, the nurse said 'you duduk saja'...in a rude tone. Then after 3 hrs they identified that they misplaced her card, then asked her to go and reregister n wait some more to see the dr. Imagine from 2pm until 5pm, I was pissed of hearing this. Patients come to clinics hoping to get cured... please tell ur staff not to make the patients illness worse by treating them like this. I hope the Masjid Tanah Klinik Kesihatan Management will look into the irresponsible behaviour if some nurses and assistant nurses here. If this problem continues when we make future visits, I will have to write to the Ministry of Health with the names of the irresponsible staff on it. I will make sure action is taken on some of these irresponsible staff!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was really really really BAD. In fact there’s no stars should be rated. I called the office to make an appointment for a swab test but the operator answering my call couldn’t manage to entertain politely. Besides, the operator couldn’t apparently differentiate a PCR test and a medical checkup. Not only that, the answer to my enquiry was so disappointing yet there’s no proper instructions or whatsoever. The next day i came, i was the earliest to queue up in front of the area where the PCR test should be carried out. I was also asked by the nurses at the counter to wait in front of the area. The worst part was they didn’t even try to let me take my turn when i should be the first one to take the swab and they also saw me hanging there. They entertained a hell long line of drivethroughs beforehand when i was the first one to line up. KK MASJID TANAH as a whole should learn how to work efficiently and the most important part, PROFESIONALLY. Worst service ever.
