Pesakit discaj hospital..Dr hrpz arah bil darah renal profile..tapi Dr di kkpc kalut gm 3.8mml pesakit no sign & simptom hipoglycaemic.. At the end darah RP yg oder tak ambik.. Pesakit balik dgn tablet papase.???? Adakah Dr tersebut baca arahan dari Dr hrpz..????
The patient was discharged from the hospital..Dr hrpz towards the renal profile blood bill..but Dr at kkpc kalut gm 3.8mml patient no sign & hypoglycaemic symptoms .. At the end of the RP blood that was not taken .. The patient returned with papase tablets. ??? ? Did the Dr read the instructions from Dr hrpz .. ????

Astaghfirullahalazim, kenapa ya nurse yg jaga kaunter pendaftaran yg tempat ambil nombor tu tak de adab dengan cust, cakap rude gila, serious talk kalau sy jadi pentaksir tadi mmg dekat situ saya akan pecat dy!!!!! Dah la org tengah sakit tambah sakit hati lagi dengan makcik nurse tu. Bukan ke sebelum kerja dah baca etika kerja n macam mana layan cust,. Harap pihak yang bertanggungjawab boleh ambil tindakan terhadap kes ni. Harap lepas ni dapat ubah perangai tu.
Astaghfirullahalazim, why is it that the nurses who guard the registration counter pick up the number with no custodian, say rude crazy, serious talk if he was the appraiser earlier then i'll fire it !!!!! She is in a lot of pain again with her nurse aunt. It is not before you read a work ethic that you can care less. Hope the responsible party can take action on this case. Hi. Assalamualaikum. Di sini saya ingin membuat laporan mengenai bangunan baru yang di bina dan di panggil WING C. Untuk pengetahuan, kedudukan WING C ini terletak di luar bangunan pendaftaran. Yang menjadi masalah adalah, struktur tersebut tidak mesra pesakit yang menggunakan wheelchair. Keadaan lantai yang licin meskipun sudah diletakkan pelapik kaki, oleh kerana tekanan menolak pesakit atas wheelchair maka sedikit bahaya boleh menyebabkan tergelincir pada muka pintu masuk bangunan tersebut. Dan yang kedua, keadaan pintu yang ketat tertutup, sangat susah untuk di buka disamping cuba untuk menolak pesakit di atas wheelchair. Mohon kerjasama pihak hospital menambahbaikan bagi kebaikan semua pihak. Terima kasih.

Susun atur penempatan saringan dan pemakaian gelang agak teratur. Tahniah pada pihak pengurusan Klinik Kesihatan Pengkalan Chepa yang mampu mengasingkan tempat pengasingan bagi pesakit Covid19. Tempoh menunggu juga tidak lama walaupun perbedaan nombor seramai 25orang.
