β β β β β Came early and we were number 3 in queue. Ended up with staying for more than 2 hours due to a need to fill some details etc. Yes I know they can let others go in first, but they still should get us back on track. What a terrible system. Doesn't matter if you come early.

β β β β β If you pay peanut you get monkeys. Don'nexpect much even the PCR test is not In proper procedure.my second swab here got contaminated and diagnose positive while Futher daily antigen and once private pcr shows negative. You need follow the Sejahtera app to finish quarantine
Wasting time due to one staff lack of sop.

β β β β β I'm not sure how calls are handled at this clinic ... i have made close to 10 calls today all during work hours with nobody picking up at the other end of the line. i have no choice but attempt a walk-in later...not gonna lie I'll be quite disappointed and frustrated if i was later turned down for service when i get there because i have not made an "appointment" which for all intents and purposes seems not possible at the moment....I will update at the end of the day

β β β β β Honestly, I am really dissappointed on how they actually work there. I was told to make a call again if I have not receive any comfirmation of my appointment date from the dental clinic. Since Dec 2021, I have called for so many times but no one pick up my call no matter I tried to call in the morning or during the evening time. Hence, I am planning to walk-in if they continue to ignore my call. To be frankly, walk-in is actually not my ideal solution as I am staying quite far away from the clinic, but if my call still continue to be ignored, I have no choice but to walk-in. Overall, I really hope they answer the call frequently as sometimes it might be an emergency call.

β β β β β The worst experience and reminded me why I hate public healthcare. Long queue, poor Covid-19 SOP, no social distancing at waiting area, mother and infant had to wait outside in an open area, waited since 9am and it is close to 11am already-baby has yet to see the pediatrician. Waste of taxpayer money feed bunch of useless politicians who talks about nothing.

β β β β β My children age 3 years old confirmed positive Covid, and set appointment at 11am for full assestment. But once arrived at 11.00am, have been declined entry cause it's closed. Some random personnel even gave remarks 'fever tu biasa', kalau boleh makan tak payah datang. Worst public healthcare.

β β β β β March 16, 2022. Arrived at 11.30am for chest pain. Register & was immediately send for check up. Done ECG followed up with Doctor's check up. Its acidic that causes the left chest pain. By 12.20 received my medicines. Wow! the staff even collected the medication. I am so impressed. Salutation to aΔΊl the medical staffs at Klinik Kesihatan Seksyen 19. Its the best service that I have experienced. May Allah bless you with great future for being helpful. I am only 63 years old.
