β β β β β Went once to check for anemia. Even after confirming that I do not have anemia, the doctors and nurses still continued to conduct other tests to find out what exactly is the cause for the symptoms I was facing all while being friendly and polite.

β β β β β Considering the number of people coming in for treatment, consultation and collecting medicines; I think the clinic fares fairly well given the situation. The attendants, pharmacists, nurses, medical officers are generally polite, helpful and efficient. Commendable overall.

β β β β β The clinic is clean enough and most of the nurses are efficient. It can be good for locals but not recommended for foreigners. Cos though you have to pay extra money but still you cant but wait in long queue. So better choose any private hospital or clinic...

β β β β β My parents wanted to change their appointment date so they called the clinic. Staff told them they had to come to the clinic to change it as they don't allow to change the date via phone calls. During this pandemic, when everyone is trying to avoid going to clinics, they are asking senior citizens who are in the high risk category, to come over just to change their appointment date. This is ridiculous! And when pressed further, they told us that if we are dissatisfied, we can always go and post a complaint on their Facebook page. I know this is no first class service, but at least have the common sense and decency to allow elderlies to make changes via a phone call!

β β β β β I had an ear block due to swimming 3 weeks ago. So went to this klinik to get it checked. The overall service time is not bad for a government clinic. Dr Mushabiyah/Dr Musbahiyah (couldn't remember the exact spelling) attended to me and she was a was very professional, explained my whole issue patiently and even suggested what i can do to self treat my situation. 5 star for her service and also for the pegawai perubatan that took my blood pressure. Friendly and very calm

β β β β β Been receiving treatment here for years....can't blame if waiting time is a bit longer coz always full of patients... nevertheless the support staffs, the nurses and the doctors (majorities female and young doctor) did a wonderful job...

β β β β β waiting time is horrible, my sister with her baby have to wait for almost three hour for the checkup, appointment at 9 am but they skip her turn so many times, maybe because my sister transfer from other kk to this as we recently move here. but still please have some common sense. the lack of common sense is too high in this kk. just tell her to come at 12 lah kalau nak kena tunggu lama macam ni. poor her baby.
