โ โ โ โ โ The absolute rudest staff on the phone, who hung up on me because they couldn't understand what I was saying in English and when they did understand they didn't want to talk to me anymore - I couldn't believe it!! It's a shame because they give a terrible impression of using health services in Kuala Lumpur for foreign people. Try the lovely staff at tung shin hospital instead.

โ โ โ โ โ Yesterday I received call from clinic staff to confirm my booster appointment. I went this morning. Staff there very polite and dedicated. I done my booster jab less than 10 min. Not clouded and easy to get parking .

Crowded parking space, double park some more.
Long waiting time. Closes early. Typical gomen style.
