★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good but I don't really enjoy how the counter ladies treated me as a patient. She refused to help me register, saying she is eating breakfast now and prevent me from waiting in the clinics. I kept standing outside until other aunties arrived and sat on the chairs although she mentioned it is not appropriate to sit on the chairs there due to COVID-19 pandemic. I was like WHAT?!!! so I really hope this can be improved, imagine there is a young little girl and she is weak standing outside in the morning.
Overall, I need to emphasise that the doctor did his job well, quick outpatient service, sorry for the three stars as patient service is also my concern. Thanks.
