The doctor explain every single detail on his finding ... he checked thoroughly not missing any step ... the price are affordable . The staff at the counter also superb always with a smile ... highly recommended clinic ... The best is today 10 feb 2018 received msg from the clinic asking for the condition of the patient ... Wow ???????????? impressive !!! Well done !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this clinic! Brought my mom to see Dr Chong and she was superb! She is very patient and friendly, always takes the time to explain things and addresses our concerns. All procedures like blood taking and injections were done very gently, my mom said that the injections and blood taking were not painful at all! Dr Lai even took the time to write a note on my mom’s report telling us that he has reviewed all the blood results and reminds us to keep the booklet for future use. This shows how much effort each doctor here puts into each patient, all of them really treat all the patients as individuals, rather than just treating the disease like what many doctors in other clinics do. The clinic itself is also very tidy and clean, very spacious, never crowded, saw the staff sanitising the toys regularly too, always feel safe waiting in the waiting area! The clinic staffs are friendly too! Definitely give this clinic a visit if you’re in JB, it’s really very different from other clinics!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best clinic in JB as compared to other clinics I visited in JB. Caring and patient doctors with detailed explanation provided in terms of the conditions of ailments and remedies for treatments. Visited thrice due to gastritis problems and bacteria infection on my wound at the knee cap. Attended by Dr Chong Wei Lie and Dr Lai Jun Han. Both are equally good with high level of professionalism. The only setback is the long waiting time as one of the visits that I had to wait for almost 2 hours. Hence, it’s advisable to visit the clinic early upon the opening hours at 9am in the morning. They open the clinic punctually at 9am, unlike some clinics with delay up to 30 minutes, such as Clinic Australia at Taman Pelangi.
