I used to travel all the way from kepong to Bangsar/Cyberjaya just to visit two clinics that I trust and has always been on point with the way they handle their patients. That's until Klinik Medi Ehsan opened up. Been one of the first pioneer patients there, and since then they have demonstrated professionally enough for me to entrust our health in their hands. Good attentive folks, always put patients first and follows up with them a few days later (which is a rare trait in this country). Highly recommended, hands down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to do swab test for my child 3months old baby, since the clinic is very near to my house. Not the first time i going to this clinic. My family used to go there. The very first thing they will ask you to do is pay first instead giving treatment. And second, once they receive the payment, they straightly will ask you to go out and wait. And you have to wait almost 15-20minutes with the hot sun after payment, because they DONT CARE, is hot or what, we paid already so we have to wait. There is no any tent or block for doing the swab test. Swab test they doing outside the clinic, walkways of the shops, people pass by to the shops the same way. Because they DONT CARE! Then i question the lady in the reception why we have to wait outside, is very hot. But the answer from the lady is very unacceptable. Even the doctor also talk very rude,calling myself as gengster and wants to call police. A doctor should show some kindness to patient, here u cannot expect that. Only the good thing is “ they refunded me cash, and refused to do the swab test”.
After few weeks, my wife not feeling well, she was in hurry to get treatment from doc. So she went there alone, but the doc refused to do the treatment as they told that my family been blocked by this clinic. In such situations how a doctor can refused to do treatment? My wife was in very unstable condition, so she decided not to argue, and went to another clinic.
so yeah, do not trust all the positive review posted by the clinic themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time experience. I went here to get treatment for my 2 year old daughter for her eczema. The doctor was so nice. The doctor prescribe Triderm. Which I could not get it at the pharmacy. All the staffs also sweet. All instructions clear. Standard price for GP clinics. Would be my first choice in case of emergency cause so near to my house ?️ most importantly can pay cashless cause y'know some old-skool GP clinics ain't go cashless device. ?
