β β β β β Saw the reviews and it was not so good, nevertheless went to this clinic, DR. Alvin is really really good. Staff also helped out and were pleasant. From what I know Dr. Alvin has just recently taken over the clinic hence the change of the clinic as well for the better. Highly reccomend Dr. Alvin for consultation or treatment

β β β β β VERY POOR SERVICE ! DONE PCR TEST WHICH RECEIVED THE RESULT AFTER 3 DAYS ??!!! IT CAUSED ME CANT REPORT DUTY TO WORK ON TIME AND KLINIK SERVICE KEEP SILENT. WHAT IF A PATIENT REALLY HAVE COVID POSITIVE AND NEED TO WAIT 3 DAYS? !!

β β β β β Walked in to the clinic for my booster shot. Very smooth process & didn't have to wait too long. Dr Alvin was very informative, professional & friendly. Love the hospitality of the staffs too. Will definitely recommend this clinic to my family & friends.

β β β β β Had my Sinovac booster here (walk-in) and it took about 10-15min. Highly recommend this clinic, especially Dr Alvin who was professional, friendly and patient. Come as early as you can, I came at 9:30am and didnβt have to wait at all ? Great experience! Thanks Dr Alvin

Extremely slow and insincere service
If you got your appointment there, I would highly suggest that you change to another place
At first, I didnt want to risk waiting in a stuffy room with a dozens of other patients so I left the room to wait inside my car instead, just for abt 15 minutes , after a while I went to ask the girl if it's my turn for the dose, she shook without even bother to check my name or my face, and wasted abt another freaking hour of mine after I went to ask again and again before they start to LOOK for the form with my name, just to realise I should've been in an hour ago. Then they have the guts to blame ME for not risking myself in the room with another 10++ strangers.
But that's okay, I thought they have many ppl to handle so I didnt mind. After month of the booster, MY SEJAHTERA APP RECEIVED AN APPOINTMENT FOR BOOSTER AT ANOTHER CLINIC. After a month of the jab they didnt bother to update my app status, so I went back to ask if they can up it asap. They gave me their clinic whassap and promised to update it that day, if not I can msg them with the number
And to no surprise I had to message them the next day, but even their whassap replies are also so slow, and I was told itll take me ONE TO TWO WEEKS before it can be updated?????
Long story short, dont go to this clinic, unless you have no other choices.
P.s, it's been one week + since then and my sejahtera status is still not updated and even sent me another booster appointment at another clinic.

β β β β β Went to the clinic for my booster (walk-in). The process was very smooth and fast. The staffs and receptionist was very friendly to the patients. The doctor was super kind to me during booster injection. He politely answered to my questions about the do's and don't(s) after booster. Thank for you the good service.

β β β β β When for my Covid- Boaster shot( Walk in) to this clinic. It just took me 5 minutes and everything was done. The staff and especially the Dr ( Dr. Alvin) were very friendly and welcoming. I would like recommend all those staying around Kota Kemuning area to go to this Clinic for your treatments. All the Best. Keep up the Good work.
