★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever with the doctor and pharmacy in this clinic. Pharmacy even don't know how to spell the malay doctor name *Fazdil???* and the pharmacy didn't mentioned the medicine need consume before/after meal, just simply said better consume after meal when I asked.
I using MYAIA app to visit, then the clinic can claim the money from AIA, I'm wonder why doctor said I have no fever and just simply cough and flu, then they give me fever medine[paracetamol (paracap)], then I said to pharmacy I have no fever why give me this medicine? One of them don't know how to answer and the other pharmacy just simply said this medicine can help you tahan sakit???
They give me a lot of medicine, I just cough and a bit flu, is it they give me a lot of medicine, then they can claim a lot of money from AIA? I'm very disappointed with those irresponsible pharmacy and doctor, how come can simply give medicine for those patient and said the doctor got mentioned that “good, you no fever” then still give me fever medicine.
It was less than a 10 mins checkup and he didn't explain much. I had to ask him the questions. He just simply answer that Yes Yes, I will give the medicine. I had a bit feeling like gastric, I ask the doctor is it gastric, then he said no, I will give u medicine, he no tell me anything then after I go back home, the result show in MyAIA app, the doctor consult result is cough/flu/fever/food poisoning/gastric/vomiting, but the doctor mentioned I have no fever and no gastric during checking, and he totally no mentioned that I have food poisoning and vomiting, how can I get those consult result?
Or they just simply want claim they money from AIA then simply provide medicine?
I advise that who have AIA claim and don't have knowledge on the medicine, better don't go this clinic with this Malay doctor, later don't know he will give you what medicine to eat because of the money??? and not screw up other patient's health.
This is my first time to meet this irresponsible pharmacy and doctor. I'm sorry but I am never going to this clinic ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (The worst tbh) Hi, I went to this clinic this other day bcs I keep on throwing up and having severe headache.It was less than a 10 mins checkup and he didn't explain anything. WE had to ask him the questions. My aunty asked whether its food poisoning? He said no. Then i asked if it was gastric and then he immediately said yes. He even tapped on the centre part of my belly, and confidently asked "sini sakit kan?" when it is not (I said no). Turns out, i've been taking the wrong medicines for almost A WEEK and it is IN FACT food poisoning (after I actually realized that I wasn't getting better, I went to another doctor). I appreciate him as a doctor but if he has any personal issues that day (health, family, tired or smtg) he couldve just took a leave and not screw up other patient's health. I couldn't walk, I was throwing up, my head feels heavy and spinning, my vision was blurry. Only God knows what I felt. i'm sorry but I am never going to this clinic ever again. I went here quite a couple of times but none of the medicines worked on me. But i still gave it a chance however no more :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always bring my son to this clinic and happy with all doctors who treated him. Very professional and experienced.
However, its kinda disappointing when I brought my son there earlier and the doctor seems inexperienced. This is my first time meeting this doctor. Her consultation did not satisfy me as the other doctors did last time. Her explanation was very generic. She did not check my baby thoroughly as the other doctors did when they realised the body temp spikes. In fact, I have to go back to the clinic again to ask for the medication because his temperature is too high. Its 39.4 yet asked me to give medications after 6 hours. God. I bukan doktor but I pun tau benda2 ni from my experience with other doctors during past consultations. At the same clinic!
Plus point, The assistants are helpful and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best clinic I have been to (around BSP and Putra Heights) and the credit goes to Dr.Chang. He is a fantastic doctor. Young, knowledgable and handsome, too! He is very understanding, takes his time to speak to his patients, checks thoroughly, friendly and is very much approachable. I have been going to him for the past 2 years whether it's for my son, husband or even mum. He explains well and the best is we always get cured and feel better after seeing him. Some of the locum doctors we meet are okay, but we personally prefer Dr.Chang because he is GOOD.

Both male and female doctors is available in the klinik, feeling comfortable and have confidence to the the doctors. Already a regular patient i am and will always be my first choice klinik to visit with no doubt. Thanks Doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for an ART. While the front desk was helpful, the doctor was horrible. He shoved it so far up my nose that I’m spitting out blood. Even my PCR tests (which are supposed to be deeper than ART) weren’t as bad.
