★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to the clinic to get RTK test. The only reason that i gave 2 stars is because the staffs doing the PRT test were helpful.
a few days later, i called because i noticed that i didnt get the invoice to my RTK test payment. (only got the receipt to the credit card payment that i made).
first call was at 4:13 pm; a girl picked up, confirmed that she was going to whatsapp me the invoice right away.
whatsapp at 4:25pm; i whatsapped and asked if i could be given my invoice. no reply.
5:50pm; called again. a different girl picked up, same answer, will whatsapp right away. asked me to text my full name and ic.
5:53pm; i whatsapped full name and ic, no reply.
6:09; called again, the girl said the clinic was busy. i waited.
7:16pm; i texted again, finally replied with: "you mean the receipt, right?". i answered yes. -ongoing conversation until 7:35pm- and then ghosted once again.
8:17pm: i texted again, no reply
8:33pm: they replied with a handwritten official receipt that I am so sure wouldnt even take a minute to be generated.
therefore, my business of getting a handwritten note that maybe would take up to 10 minutes took a whole 4 hours 20 minutes detour.
Moral of the story; there are many other clinics that offer way better service at even lower price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the clinic on 7th August 2021. 5 days after receiving 2nd dose Pfizer vaccine. I had experienced terrible pain around the groin area. Met with the resident doctor Dr. Ong Chuan Boon who did not even checked the pain or area and just concluded it's just a normal reaction due to the vaccine. He said his mother also experienced the same and said after awhile it will go away. Gave me a painkiller and something to reduce the swelling.
After awhile it did not go away. I then decided to visit another clinic called Poliklinik Mediprima and the doctor checked and said its abscess and gave me antibiotics, painkiller and something to reduce the swelling and ask to come again in few days to make a decision whether need to refer to the hospital for surgery.
Lesson learnt is if you value your life. Don't waste time visiting this clinic. The damn doctor did not do proper checking before prescribing the meds. Just assumed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic and doctor. Bring my son here, the doctor didn't do proper checking. He only checking temperature when I asked him to do so. Really...really waste my time and money. Don't waste your time visit this clinic. If I can rate no star, I will give it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper check up at all. Im in pain and the dr just touch my lower back and straightly kasi painkiller & MC. Tak sampai 2 minit dr dah suruh keluar even i try to consult more about my condition. I didn’t pay almost RM100 just for an MC. I can be a “doctor” to if the only things i need to do is touch the patient a lil bit then give medicine?
