β β β β β Very good doctor..and professional doctor. he always give the best medicine (not generic) and cure my sickness fast. First time came here coz i had fish bone stuck on my throat. Second and third came coz of flu.

β β β β β Dr Gowri Balasegaram who I visited on 9th Jan, 4am in the morning is a rude bastsrd. She questioning me why I would visit her at this hour for a minor cough in a mocking tone. I told her about my condition and she said it's not until the risk of having "asthma or bronchitis" that kind of serious illness, so she refuse to treat me seriously. Her attitude is the worst!! So so now I have to apologies for getting sick and visiting her at this hour? Is this how a doctor should treat people? Insensitive and disgustingly judgemental women.

β β β β β The reception staff very rude, have some respect for your patients. People are educated than you, donβt show your rudeness or your attitude to them. Especially the tall&thin Indian women, mind your words and behaviours !

β β β β β Waiting time are so long while not even one of the staff are helpful. Totally rude sacarstic and doesn't even know how to aknowledge their customers. Still using hard copy for patient record and few times already lost mine. Clinics are so dirty and hot with no aircon . Dust from outside can easily went into the premise since the clinics are just opposite a busy road. Please change all your staff

β β β β β Worst Doctor ever!!
I have stomach pain, doctor aak me to provide urine to check, but i just pee before enter the consultation room, so that i have no urine ady.
At the end the doctor diagnose nothing, and simply open antibiotics, pain killer and others total 5 medicines for me and ask me go back.
Total cost me RM70 and i still dont know the reason of my stomach pain.

β β β β β Staff is very rude. The doctor in the afternoon gets too personal about his questions asked. I was having insomnia and getting migraine & headache in the morning. I went there and the doctor kept on correcting me saying that it's not migraine and headache just not enough sleep. Not everyone can have enough sleep you know. And finally the price is very high, the doctor just give you whatever medicine he likes and the staff doesn't even care to explain what it's for, I had given 2 Pain/Headache meds, but the staff didn't care to tell me what it's for.
Next time I would visit Politeknik clinic which is opposite of this clinic.

I come do body check, after tat no one call me over 1 mth, until I call them, they said report ady come out long time. when I go thr collect, they said dont have, when I ask them double confirm again, they finally giv me report, but without any doctor advise consult, until I request see doctor. this RM300+++ body check report seems like throw into the sea

β β β β β Been there for my cough and flu , the indian girl staff super rude , throw document for me to fill in. The way she treat me really rude . Done make complain but management never contact me for feedback . Pls dont come at this clinic , this clinic made you more sick with they attitude .
