Very bad rashes and itchy due to allergic/bug bites, only one injection and itchyness gone in few mins, kudos and thanks Dr Sara!

The place is very clean. Toilet is like home toilet. Staff are friendly and polite. Doctor is excellent and his diagnosis is spot on. Gives the best medication. Highly recommend to this clinic.

Excellent service.. Start very kind and professional always keep smile at patient and always give warm welcome to patient.. Doctor's (Dr Saravanan and Dr Gita) also very professional and takes time to talk with patient.. Really awesome services by this team?

I been going for this clinic for few years, never had any issue before. First time after mco, today. Pressing the bell at 6.30pm, no one open. Then, called the clinic no one answered. Was walking back and getting into car and saw nurse getting down from a car. Husband asked if doctor available, she said yes.There start my upset. If no nurse, can't the doctor come out and response to wait? Next, as usual question raised, do you travel recently? Where and so on. A survey given with the question. Answered all of them. Next, already inside and meeting doctor, again same question, what happen to you? I said fever, next again did you travel anywhere? Where and when? I would suggest, doctor either read the survey or ask that question and do for us instead since its the same question. Next, I asked for MC, if doctor assume im lying and cant give MC, you may say it directly. You dont have to ask what time is your work? And why you asking now rudely to a patient that not always go for mc. Although, I explain no transport and waited for husband back home and bring me to clinic. Is there is policy for patient that come after working hours cant take the MC? Then, why we have the section for visited time in the MC? At the end, i out dissapointed as i told the doctor, if you cant give MC, that's okay. You dont have to give it. I maybe sound rude, but, im completely dissappointed from beginning. I just would say, when someone not feeling well and come to see you as a doctor, please think from patient view as well. When you not feeling well one day and all the above happen to you, you would know how it feel. Thank you so much for the awesome service.

Excellent service! Dr. Saravanan is highly personable and takes time to talk to his patients. I like the way he explains- easy to understand. Staff are kind and courteous. You can be assured of quality medication too. Overall it was a pleasant experience. No hassle to find parking.

Today 2.00pm, I went to the clinic. I was pressing the bell 3 times & no one opened. Thought nobody was inside, the nurse came n opened the door after 4th bell. And they nvr let the patient inside. I understood that due to covid pandemic there will have some procedures to fulfill before entering to the clinic. The nurse asked me what was the issue. I told her that I'm having bad stomachache n headache... She asked me many questions while I was standing outside of the clinic while bearing the pain. Before entering, she asked me " do you need mc or you wanted to see the Dr?". I said both! After that she asked me to come inside & another nurse asked for my IC in a very rude tone , thus I gave my IC. After they obtain relevant info, the nurses was laughing very loudly while whispering & mentioning my name in a very silly tone! This is how you treat a patient who was seeking for consultation? It was not their money for the consultation. And then I entered the Dr's room . The Dr asked me the same question that the nurse asked. She didn’t even touch my stomach and examine. I told her that I'm having headaches & she didn’t check my pressure! The only word she said after I explained about my situation was "I'll give you medicine & you eat it" ! I would rather go pharmacy to get the medicine if that’s the case. They're even more polite in dealing with their customers! They're even better in explaining about the condition and the description of the medicine! As a patient, I felt very disappointed with the clinic and their services. Hope the management will teach the nurse some good etiquette/manners on dealing with the patients, & also the doctor to have better consultation skills while adhering to Covid SOP
