โ โ โ โ โ Was the good service i had.. the doctor & the staffs was very concern about my pain.. doctor also known about what i'm pain.. asked me too take rest and have medicine for recovery my pain (my back )
The staffs also very friendly & known their task..

โ โ โ โ โ Multiple times i came to this clinic because nearby to my house. But this time i lost my patience. I arrived around 5.40pm after work to get cream for my allergy, cough syrup & flu tablet. Understood that I need to see doctor because under panel. Because I've cough, i need to sit outside more than 45mins! without any other patients in this clinic and no doctor wants to see me asking what happend and all. The girl come outside to check my blood pressure and temperature and i told her that i've done my rtk on 15/5 and it was negative and being told again again to wait. Ridiculous and wasting my time! Rather visit other clinic and Never went there after this anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ If you have symptoms like flu, sore throat, coughing & basically symptoms of covid, you need to wait outside the clinic. This part, I really don't mind because of their SOP.
But the doctor's attitude is bad. He was reluctant to give me MC. I didn't come to lie or simply ask for MC. Bear in mind not all your patients know what disease is eligible to get MC. Some diseases are getting worse (eg: flu), that's why we came for MC, which could badly affected us to do work.
