โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst service I've ever seen. Took days to get covid test result, and you need to go there to collect your report if you want it. They will tell you that they are too busy to whatsapp you the report, if you want it, you go back the clinic to get it. Welldone.

โ โ โ โ โ I called the clinic wanting to visit the doctor at 10.45am. The nurse who answered the phone said the clinic is open and closes only at 8pm. So I drove all the way to the clinic and arrived at 10.40am but was not allowed in because I didn't have an appointment. The nurse didn't have the brains or common sense to inform me when I called that they no longer accept walk in patients? This was a walk-in clinic before.

โ โ โ โ โ Inpatient doctor who can't control his emotion. Bad experience with him when he's confused by the vaccination guideline of government and then corrected by his staffs. He showed his frustration when he talked. Instead of asking me to go to other clinics, he told me to delay the vaccination, which is improper.
