One of my worst and most horrible experience in a clinic in Penang. I waited for almost 1 hour, met a lady doctor at 9:45 pm today (Oct 11, 2018). She was very kind and the lady doctor prescribed medicines and told that she will give Referral letter for going to Hospital to meet Specialist. However, by the time we received medicines (~10:00 pm), the lady doctor had left and she forgot to gave the Referral letter. Now, when we requested for the letter, the night male doctor who came just then asked us to take the token again and wait till all the patients are completed. Means we need to wait for another 1 hour again. Even on explaining that we had waiting already 1 hr, he doesn't budge, finally I decided that I will not visit this clinic again. Not sure if he wants to register this as a new case and make more money out of this (take consultation charges etc). If anyone from Metro clinic sees this message, please note that such arrogant and highly unprofessional attitude from your doctors are causing damage to your reputation.

The worst experience for me. Please tukar your front desk staff. Your staff making spoil your clinic reputation. Especial the indian girl , shortΒ² one. Clinic management please teach her respect we are paying you. Not FOC we need respect? we are come clinic in sakit then u buat muka mcm tu make us lagi marah! Incase clinic management see this review advice your staff to stop rude to your patient.. this will last first and last I'm visiting this clinic. Very poor service very disappointed. But dr is good . Sayang reputation clinic dpat staff yang takthu respect.

Whoever want to do RTK test for covid better dont go. They do the test not accurate, i am positve cov when doing saliva test..but when i go to the clinic for RTK..the dr or nurse do the test so poor..the result negative..they put the nasal stick in ur nose not deep enough to get the nasal sample...

Last night at 18/01/22 I come to this clinic and the doc won't give the MC and asking to come again tomorrow morning then this morning I Come at 19/01/22 7:AM in the and the clinic was closed? The light was switched off and nobody inside. I was standing there like a dumb 1/2 hour pushing the bell button, what a joke are you guys playing??? Last time this is one of my favourite clinic to bring my family to but now not anymore..

Last Sunday, I took my kid to the clinic due to fever, cough & running nose. Once completion examination by doc, ur staff gave me the medicine (cough /running nose) except for fever because out of stock. She explained how to consume it & she said "you can stop the medicine once relief". I gave both medicine to him as she explains. Unfortunately, this morning (Thursday/ 12:30am ) his pulse became faster (160). So i took him back to the clinic & doc said, "Normally we suggest patient to consume the medicine within 3days only. After 3days, u need to stop. Because it will make his pulse become faster" Then why ur staff explained to me to consume the medicine until relief????? If she know nothing about the medicine how come she can suggest like that to patient??? Why didnt she ask doc 1st for confirmation before giving an advice ??My kid only 1y9m, if anything happen to him who will be responsible for that! Your staff are so careless!

If you want to have a COVID test I will stop you for doing this in this clinic. 1. My report was waiting more then 24 hours and it cost me RM 250. With this price I actually can get faster. After I receive the report I found the report printed time was morning 8 am but I receive it on 3 pm. 2. The IC number in my report was wrong and I call me modify they was drag me one day for doing that. In the end I call the lab by my self and settle it within 15 minutes and get the correct report. 3. Their service is bad and the price is higher. With the price that they collect actually you can get your report within 3-4 hours which is I know that after I done my test. 4. Due to the wrong IC No issue now my MySejahtera app was not able to update my status and my company was waiting that for 3 days and your staff was just ignore on it and say don’t know this is done my lab but I already ask the lab they say that the data was upload by clinic it self not lab. 5. I pay more but I can’t get the service and I need to settle it by my self which is my conclusion.
