★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went the around 12.30 on 26/7/21 with my father to do Pcr test for him meanwhile there is lots of people were waiting there for vaccination. I went ask them for Pcr and they said wait in the line and the test must be take within 2pm. For almost 1 and half hours we were waited the and the clock past 2pm. I went there again and ask them at register counter they said coudnt do bcs it's already 2 plus. They should inform us earlier about it. When i asked them why ask us to wait then, the staff at counter replied rudely. Then I asked them how about the test. They ask my dad's ic and ask us to wait until the vaccination people to finish. It's almost 30 plus. The service in this branch is worst ever. I'm in medical lime and I know Iw about the objective and aims of each medical services. The staff in register counter freaking rude like we ask them for money. I hope the management do some about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is extremely BAD. The doctors and nurses shouldn't be qualified for their profession at all. Super rude and ego.
Vaccine appointment was 10am and they prioritise on serving their patients. In the end, only after complaining that my father get his vaccine after 1.5 hours of waiting.
They only prioritise theur patience, which I suppose are more profitable. They are not qualified to be a vaccine center at all.
There is completely no SOP at all in the clinic. Full of foreigners and no distancing at all. How can a supposedly vaccine center has no SOP at all? Such irony
I have written a formal complaint to KKM on this matter. Hope the authorities take action on them. This is such a bad clinic that I will continuously write complains to KKM until they take action.
