★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude. That's all I can say about the lady at the registration counter. Not very welcoming and friendly. Came here today around 2:30 pm for swab test. The lady didn't even bother to look at us while saying the doctor is not around. Whatever. Dah la payah nak angkat call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit slow during the registration, no one guide you where to register or to Q for the registration, but after the registration everything runs smoothly. Big and specious klinik. Very convenient to have A lot of waiting area with SOP during this endemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It show 24 hours, I reach there 12pm closed. The next day I went to do swab test, they ask me to wait for 24 hours, til noon I did not receive result yet ! Registration counter was not friendly and not welcoming ! Service super bad ! The girl that standing in registration counter talk very fast, I ask her again she give me that face like so ignoring ! And also the number can’t reach also !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST REGISTRATION STAFF working there. First i went inside and ask for PCR test. The staff show some other direction to wait. And i go to behind place and saw another staff doing the swab tests. I waited for 10 mins and this staff ask me "dah register ke belum". I told her that registration counter didnt inform this. Then i go to registration counter and ask the staff , she said no need register. Im confused and told her that other staff ask me to register than only can do swab test. Then only she said, yes we will register here pls wait. I have waited another 15 mins and saw she doing registration for Malay ppls first, while im sitting at corner and still waiting. At last she call me for registration after quite long. I suggest please stop going to this clinic for any rtk/pcr test since the registration counter staff attitude like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good, kind and caring. Administration staff are unprofessional, uncaring and slow.
Took my 76 year old mom to the clinic who was experiencing abdominal pain. got down from the car and realised they were closed, despite being a 24 hr clinic. asked to just allow my mom sit inside instead of climbing in and out of the car, pressed the doorbell but they refused to communicate. this is a 3rd world mentality of being in the front line handling sick patients.
