He just wants to prescribe you as much medication as he can so you will pay more.
I'm studying medicine myself and I can know that going to such a doctor is scamming yourself.
Go somewhere else if you really want to be treated right.
No wonder it was super empty while the clinic beside it was super full. Means that poeple in the area already know it's a bad clinic.
