★ ★ ★ ★ ★ doktor ok soft spoken.. explain very well.. but the payment system take so long..kesian dkt dr n staf dr.. kna tnggu lama. sbb i dtg dah nk dkt tutup dah klinik.. but dr still layan dgn baik.. lps tu i mmg tak bawak cash.. prefer instant transfer but line kat situ tak berapa nk ok utk trima tac. dah kluar dr klinik bru dpt tac.. huhu.. ksian la dr kna tnggu lama utk payment ja pun. dkt 30minit jgk..

I'm out of the brewery clinic, I can't .. huhu .. sorry, I waited a long time for payment. about 30 minutes ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking banyak. Kawasan tak crowded. Patient tak berapa ramai maka sangat selesa.klinik yang bersih & Frontdesk okey friendly,tanya soalan pun jawab baik sangat. Doktor sangat soft spoken,check detail.dari suhu badan,dalam mulut,check badan semua.sesuai la sebab klinik pakar kanak2 kan. Fully explaination.Kalau klinik biasa memang sentuh budak pun taknak. Ubat pun banyak. Harga standard.tak mahal tak murah. Overall sy suka klinik ni dan akan repeat untuk anak2.sesuai sampai umur 16tahun katanya tadi.bayaran cash& cashless(qrpay,ewallet etc) .kad tak boleh guna ye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience with the doctor, Gentle and explain well. The price I suppose as it is child specialist so a bit expensive as compared to normal clinic. Okay for this so long as good quality and the medicine suit my kids. However, hope the receptionist can improve better in communication & professionalism to the customers. Another MOST important suggestion would be on the PAYMENT SYTEM. Hope can be upgraded to ease customers. Especially in current technology and pandemic, CASHLESS transaction is more preferable and faster. Spent long time there because online banking NOT working and I usually don't hold a lot cash and prefers cashless. Don't mind the manual record
system but please improve on payment system. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like Dr. Ho! Very experience doctor! I went there because suddenly my baby vomit each time he eat or drink milk when we arrive our hometown. He give right medication and two days after he follow up my baby’s health progress. This is the first time i met pediatrician who follow up customers. ??????
