★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad service of this clinic, already expensive, counter service very bad, unfriendly, not treating patients well, the price we pay is expensive, but treatment n staff kaunter service like garbage, two rubs, one allergy medicine and one anti-fungal medicine, total perice 325,go to another clinic can get a lot of medicine, broom medicine, soap, shampoo for skin less than 300 prices,i hope u think 2time before go t,but the Doctor very nice,the staff very bad attitude.

I brought rm1000, from home I already calculated then left front pocket put rm400, right front pocket put rm600( stand-by for doctor fees), from house directly to clinic and parked my car beside the road and walked to clinic. My first bill I paid rm200, took from my right pocket, then balance rm400 I put back my right pocket. My second bill is rm255, then I took from my right pocket only left rm200,why no enough ?
I felt so weird at that moment. ???The girl asked me for small note, Then balance rm55 I took it from my small wallet from my sling bag that I put at front always and can cover my front pocket. I go back to my car and search my bag and car also don't have, my left pocket rm400 still in my pocket then I called clinic did I pay more rm200 to them or dropped it at clinic, after checked the answer is don't have
.From the moment of waiting for doctor and wait for the bill I also sit on the chair and my sling bag on
my leg front of my tummy, if picked pocket that one is very expert
. How come the money gone rm 200, cause I fold my money in the middle ,if dropped it should be all RM400 gone . What I suspect something happened at first doctor room and counter there.
Beware of your property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No problem at all, I called up first, a lady picked up the phone, she replied with a nice tone. Dr. Low very nice and those Chinese nurses also very well manners, caring and concern. A bit expensive to pay, but worth it. My problem cured and very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the lady doctor explained well on my condition and how to apply medicine and cream for infected area .so far for my skin problem/infection getting better .pls standby enough cash ,coz the only accept cash payment.i could say rm200 above ..i hope this clinic can start to use cashless which is more convenience..the nurse /assistant i think can improve more on customer service and b more friendly to patients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor and malay worker staff not friendly. Transactions in cash only, bring more than RM300 for safe. Important is after medicine my skin problem get more worse. Doctor ask to come back after a week. I will continue consume the medicines hope get well.
