★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience!!! Very unprofessional and nasty towards her patients AND her own staff!! Even her own staff are ashamed of her! Not to mention very rough and always seems to working in anger. And we the patient were at the receiving end. Horrible experience! get your dental work elsewhere. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star to be honest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible waiting time for a cancer patient! Make appointment to see doctor at 12 noon (Ramadan month) & waited until 2pm still yet to be my dad’s turn! Note: in actual fact, only patients in front of the queue since 12 noon.
In short, uncaring clinic, slow motion clinic & lousy time management!!! Dear future patients, you really need to carefully before going to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is very friendly , been with her for 6 years (because my teeth is very stiff and stubborn) and is very patient . Does her job well and the staffs are very friendly too . She advised me well and gives me the best recommendation for my surgeon . For those that says she’s ‘rough’ towerds her staff , she’s not at all . She’s a very efficient doctor that likes things to be organized and easy without wasting time . Dont blame the doctor or the staff , she’s just doing her job ❤️❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic Utama is a well managed dental center. I had my braces made here and have no complaints. Dr Mazmin is efficient, skilful and highly competent from my past 3 years of experience numerous visits. The support provided in event of any unscheduled visits (such as scaling or repair of braces) is also very good as there are a team of dentist available.

Thank you for the reply, I have been waiting for a response. Just to point it out, I did not reject your calls, I was and currently am overseas so the calls didn’t get through. Firstly, I thought teeth scaling involves cleaning teeth stains as I do not have much, if no calculus as I do check my teeth often so that’s an oversight from me for probably using the wrong treatment name. The treatment in fact took less than 30 minutes, which was actually a shock to me as I expected it to be longer. The dentist told me that the stains at the lower incisors will be harder to remove if I didn’t choose the RM 250 package, but the stains got removed quite decently so wouldn’t it suggest that a stain as shown in the photo can be removed as easily? In addition, there were still some minor bits of stain leftover at the lower jaw, just that I was still able to accept it. I didn’t get to check my upper teeth because I actually forgot about it, but I really didn’t expect to see she did such a poor job there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs were very nice. Clinic and treatment room very comfortable. Waiting time a bit of an issue. They moved my appointment to 11 am, I arrived around 1045 am. I was the only one there (no one before me)n aI had to wait around 1 hour for the dentist to arrive. Despite that, she was kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ah.. this dentist? I got experienced with the dentist. Very rude female doc i can still recalled your name. Came to make braces few years back and not a very patient doctor. She scolded me for no reason & still needed to face her for quite some time due to the braces fixed overthere. If not becoz of the braces, i already blah from your service! Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came for scaling and polishing and it is my first time to the clinic. I always been a scary cat when comes to dental treatment. A big thanks to Dr.Asielah and her team for the comfort and assurance, it has been the most smooth process I ever went through. Dr.Asielah been very patient in explaining and suggesting the option of fixing braces in order to have a healthy gum and teeth (which I agreed as well because my teeth are not aligned, difficult to maintain and causing gum problem). My next dental appointments definitely gonna be with Utama Orthodontics. Thank you again Dr.Asielah and her team ?
