โ โ โ โ โ My wife has some issues that needs some diagnosis so she was booked for an appointment in 3 weeks time. The front desk asked to call in early first to get the waiting number. So since their clinic is open at 10am, we tried calling with no pick up. We eventually got through at 11am, with a wait number of 8. Though we still had to wait for the doctor to come in before she can see the patients.
We had called throughout the day to check if the doctor came in, and only at 8.30pm the front desk said the doctor is checking the first patient, and they will call us when there are 2 patients left. Come 11pm, we called the clinic again, and they said the doctor is checking the 6th patient, so my wife got ready to go to the clinic.
After waiting for almost an hour at the clinic, we were informed that the doctor had to leave as someone is in labour, so we had to be rescheduled to Friday. THAT IS AFTER TAKING LEAVE FROM WORK AND WAITING THE WHOLE DAY JUST TO SEE THE BLOODY DOCTOR. Utter waste of time and I will never let my wife go through that again.

โ โ โ โ โ A SCAM! Be careful! Horrible clinic. There are very disturbing issues with this place. The "doctor" takes so much money for each session (we have been going there for more than 6 months) and doesn't do anything, keeps giving prescription of useless medicine (which was expired twice when we took it from their pharmacy and we had to replace it). Add to that the long hours of waiting, and you can clearly and rudely see how people that come late can get early and before you (even if you booked an appointment) if they paid more to the clinic.
If you are thinking of going here, PLEASE DON'T!! We wasted so much money and time and the illness only got worse. Please look into other options! There are so many better options. Your loved ones health deserves way better than this. People who work here should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of others!

โ โ โ โ โ Worst clinic ever.. I was so shocked when they charged RM600++ for consultation, a pap smear and ultrasound which i think is not very reasonable.. Dont get blinded with the soft spoken doctor because she only wants your money by forcing u to do unnecessary treatment.. In my case, i have fibroids and she forced me to do immediate operation coz she said it's hard for me to get pregnant.. I went for a 2nd opinion at pusrawi, the doc said the fibroids won't be a problem, end up i got pregnant 3 months after that..

โ โ โ โ โ Not the normal clinic, its highly time consuming and pricey but thats the price you really have to sacrifice for your child.
Normal waiting hours 4-5 hours .
Give you a tip, may reduce your waiting hours...ask the receptionist to inform you after the doctor has arrived...then you go for your booking hours.
That is if you can get the receptionist !!! Basically if the receptionist answers your call, the doctor is due to be at the clinic. If not, dont waste your time to be there even if you have an appointment.
Personally, agree with all the complaints but had to endure it and the reward was godly.
Please improve Medina.

โ โ โ โ โ Had an appointment and even came 30 mins early but doctor was not even in yet! The frontdesk said she would come in 2 hours due to emergency surgery case. That was unprofessional as they should have called but we stuck around and came 3 hours later because we knew there were appointments before us but she still has not arrived! So unprofessional and because of that we left without any sort of consultation. Waste of time. Doctor is unprofessional, do not communicate with staff about her appointments. Do not recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ My mom went for a check up and she was charged RM490 for the session. The prescriptions given were ginger, honey, olive oil and pomegranate syrup which were claimed to be a traditional treatment. Though my mom said the consultation session was okay but the fee was definitely ridiculous especially when the prescriptions given were something can be purchase over the counter.

โ โ โ โ โ Book an appointment at 10am, 11.30am still no doctor, the lady at the counter wasnt sure when the doctor is coming in, she said the doctor might have emergency? Then she said i need to call first before i come back in the evening? Even when i have an appointment? 0 rating for this clinic management system. Horrible in wasting peoples time and effort to come in on a weekend

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Marsita changed my life 360 no bias but i came and met doctor in 2019 i had problem with my period and detected i had PCOS. But i followed all the medicine and instructions dr Marsita gave to me. Alhamdulillah i was positive pregnant and dr Marsita sambut my baby at Andorra Hospital.
She helped my pregnancy sampai beranak. Dr Marsita worked hard for me to have a normal birth delivered. it did :)
All the food supplements she suggested are all herbs and sunnah food tho itโs a bit expensive tapi sheโs the only doctor yang doakan patients dia everytime i come for appointment she always give that good vibes and doa. Btw tempat scan doctor Marsita is 6D so memang jelas and sama clear macam hospital bukan klinik biasa.
if you really wanted to see a specialist memang kena sabar some times my husband and i waited 2 hours. But we dont mjnd sebab tau dr Marsita memang pakar and most of her patients repeat bersalin dan checkup dengan dia.
