★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staf amat tidak professional. Waktu operasi klinik yg dipaparkan adalah 0900am. Sy bawa mak saya yg sakit jam 0845am dan kami menunggu sehingga klinik buka jam 0900am. Apabila klinik dibuka, kami nak daftar staf taknak terima pendaftaran dengan biadap dan tidak sopan terhadap pelanggan / pesakit sambil menyatakan kami baru nk buka dan nak kemas kemas dahulu, tak boleh daftar lagi, klinik beroperasi pukul 1000 katanya, tunggu doktor datang. Saya pula mohon utk menunggu sambil rehatkan pesakit di kerusi, dihalaunya pula kami kerana dikatakan mengganggu, tidak boleh tunggu di kerusi. Kalau kamu semua tak mahu bekerja, sila resign dan lepak di rumah, jangan biadap dengan pesakit!
The staff is very unprofessional. The operating hours of the clinic displayed are 0900am. Sy brought my sick mother at 0845am and we waited until the clinic opened at 0900am. When the clinic opens, we want to register staff who do not want to accept registration rudely and impolitely towards customers / patients while stating that we have just opened and want to tidy up first, can not register anymore, the clinic operates at 1000 he said, wait for the doctor to come. I, on the other hand, asked to wait while the patient rested in the chair, he chased us away because it was said to be annoying, can not wait in the chair. If you all do not want to work, please resign and hang out at home, do not be rude to patients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am satisfied with this little small town clinic. Doctor Hakimi was very helpful and not afraid to do diagnosis to our little baby for Covid-19 swab test. Our baby was negative Covid-19, thankfully. Right now we are following his suggestions to help with our baby sickness who is suspected for Influenza.
Facility needs to be improved though. However, it is understandable it is hard to do so from their part due to the physical of the building and the location.
