 Doc friendly .., for regular dental care ok .. but not for restorative treatment .. sy for the bridge here is disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Every time i made appointment for my braces, always have to wait more than 45 minutes. Sometimes almost 1.5 hours. Never on time!! What is the point i make the appointment?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally, I do not have any dissatisfaction with neither the dentists nor the treatments. Even the charges are acceptable/affordable. The waiting area is quite comfortable too. But the only bad experience my family and I had was on how the schedule was being managed. Yes, the clinic allowed for the rescheduled but was informed that NO appointment is REQUIRED. We have been advised to walk-in instead. For me it wasn’t appropriate. But I told myself, perhaps it won’t take us long. We came to the clinic and ended waited for 2 hours for less than 15 minutes procedure! Conclusion, should you decided to have dental treatment here, please DO INSIST for the front desk to set/make an appointment if they advice you to walk-in. That’s all.
