i've been there twice, both for fillings. my kids have been there for yearly checkup and my husband went for scalling. the clinic is clean and pretty. the premise is clean. the doctors and staff are polite. our favourite is doctor fikriah. definitely our go to dentist now. highly recommended.

Kudos to Dr Hanif..less than 5mins everything settled..painless tooth extraction for my kid 5 yrs old..free from needle injection..satisfied with his service..

The best dentist ever. All the Dr and nurses were so gentle and calm. Did extract 2 wisdom tooth, regular check up and scaling. I used to hate and afraid to see the dentist, not anymore! The clinic has changed me ? good job Dr and nurses (all the staffs!) ❤️

I got to know Dr. Alan Adlan through my previous dentist، Dr. K in Ampang. Due to the complexity in my teeth procedures, Dr K, recommend me to Dr. Alan Adlan as he said he is more experienced than him. True enough that Dr Alan Adlan is one of the greatest Dr in Kl I have came across, especially for someone like me who has have very complex teeth problems. Dr. Alan Adlan did a great job. He saved my teeth in which other doctors recommend me to withdraw. He managed to do the impossible possible and I'm over the moon for his professional work ethic that saved my teeth. His pricing is reasonable as well. He took 2D and 3D from my teeth and told me exactly what is going wrong with my teeth. He find out one canal has been missing in RCT that I did very long time ago in my hometown. He is genius and give you the complete explanation of your teeth conditions and show the pictures of the procedures on the screen. I can't be more happy. He saved two of my teeth. One teeth has gone through 4 different dr previously and I was hopeless that I'm going to lose it. I wanna give a shout out to Dr Alan Adlan and his team. I'm Soo grateful to get to know you in Kl. ??BE AWARE FROM THIS CLINIC, THEY STEAL MY MONEY LITERALLY First I thought about wasting time to write this review, later I made my mind that It is my responsibility to share awareness The story started when I decided to do root canal treatment with this clinic so I visited 'em and after they just check on the tooth that paining me nd gave me some pain killer, they charged me for the consultation and the medication they asked me to book another appointment to start the treatment even though I was in really bad condition and needed urgent intervention,but they refused to make same session So later on my next appointment they told me that the RCT will cost me around 3k for 3~4 sessions and they took deposit 700 Rm (which is quite expensive compared to other good dentists which I discovered later)So after I waited my session(even if you book appointment you still need to wait)The doctor Alan called me and he was nice and tried to explain what’s he going to do when I asked, we started, so guess what guys in the middle of the session my mouth was fixed open and the doctor doing serious job, the owner( the boss as she called her self)she entered and start shouting literally I was shocked feeling pain my mouth open and can’t talk and the doctor just looking at her quietly and she continued shouting at the doctor and at the staff and even my friend was sitting waiting she continued for like 10~15 min shouting and talking ,SHE DOES NOT RESPECT ANY PATIENTS’ PRIVACY, SHE CAME CLOSER REGARDLESS HYGIENI MATTER, NO REPECT FOR THE PATIENT OR THE DOCTOR ,The worst attitude I've ever seen, to discover later all this because her staff in the reception lemme in without taking my ID , the doctor felt stress and nervous and finish everything quickly imperfectly, so in my turn I went to the reception and was so angry, she asked them to charge me 700rm as deposit (still have the receipt as evidence)so I started argue with her that it's not her right to interrupt my session like this she need to respect my privacy and guess what she said ? she said “I'm the boss here “( which is awful) then I told her it's not my fault it's ur staff fault they suppose to ask so she started shouting at them in front of me so one of them told her that it’s not my first time here and they already have my id so when she felt how stupid she is, she said even though she need to bring her id everytime, later I felt not really comfortable to continue with this clinic but I said Ok lemme finnish, so later trying to call them for nxt appointment they started delaying me so I felt really bad and decided to finish my treatment in this clinic So I called them to return the balance of my deposit as 700 for uncompleted one session(as the rude manager interrupted us) is TOO MUCH , they refused to return my money back they said the boss will contact u later but no one contact me and I called again they started telling me lies and stories we are busy, we will contact u later. I told them I wanna come to the clinic to take the balance they said no no no we will contact u and no one did eventually They start ignoring my calls. To understand that they ate my money . THIS CLINIC TOOK MONEY THEY DO NOT DESERVE THEY JUST STOLE MY MONEY WHICH IS HARAM MONEY, I mean it is simple issue take what you really deserve for this session and return my balance but I don’t know if she made her clinic from stealing patients money like this . Please guys be aware you might find the doctor friendly and staff friendly but when it comes to the money they are really bad and not professional and the manager is the worst ever. Also my friend had bad experience with this clinic also with evidence. ?I'm editing this recently after I saw the clinic's answer to my review, as they warrant their stealing my money by claiming that I'm not registered, I will CONFIRM AGAIN that was Not my first time and I've registered with my ID on my first visit to the clinic for check up and I still have the receipt for that earlier appointment. so simply THEY ARE LYING TO COVER THEIR STEALING by using funny excuses

I met Dr Hanif for the first time. I appreciate that he has empathy on my pain which I have been suffering for weeks with visits to other dentist around Bangi. I feel much better (finally!) after I got treated by him. Good job Doctor Hanif!

I’ve only had my appointment with Dr Adlan, so I can’t say anything else about other dentists in this practice. So far Dr. Adlan is very professional, skilled and good in explaining all the problems and he politely suggested the treatment and cost.
