★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, never thought a dental could be so unprofessional? I did my braces here for more than a year and I don’t see any progression. I didn’t doubt the Dentist’s Profession until last four months when I realised he’s been moving the same teeth to the same spot) its on the left at first and the next month he moved to the right ( I thought finally he’s making progress because he usually just scan for like 3 secs and start pulling)??? and the following month he moved back to the SAME SPOT) all the struggles I had gone true and knowing that it’s going back to the same spot? I told him and all he could answer me is YA MEH? Why ? I gave all my trust to him and even extracted four teeth without getting Xray just wanna get my teeth done and it’s been one year and few months yet the bottom of my teeth haven’t even get any bracing yet ?(He only did the top for me) I asked him why can’t put the bottom yet and he keep saying next
Month next month and in the end ... he’s just saying ...I’ve been waiting for so long... I’m here to advice anyone who wants to do braces please think twice or you will just be like me unless he really decided to change to become a better dentist. My friends who were once worst than me already got a straight teeth and yet I need to waste another amount to change another dentist ? How can one Dentist be so unprofessional...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm one of the patients and I'm from Perak. Many of my friends done their teeth braces at here. I just want to say do you think your teeth is lego or something else? Can move your teeth here and there instantly？The doctor had told you clearly the procedure may take about 2 years. Stop judge other because of your impatient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The note infront saying 5 patients only due to covid but you still let others come into your clinic. I gave you my card and then I waited outside cause I FOLLOWED your rules. And then other people came and waited inside the clinics and you let them go first before me who waits outside patiently? I waited almost an hour outside. I dont know if you cant see outside (which you can call me instead if you really cant see your patient). Dont ask your patient to come at 3 if we still need to wait for an hour. your service is is so poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To each their own, to the replies who we’re talking about patience, I had plenty. My experience with this dental clinic was not a good one and after changing, I definitely felt a lot has improved very quickly. Even my dentist thought there was problems done in the braces itself. I have no reasons as to be so free and simply write a bad review but I felt like this needed to be said, and your good review doesn’t JUSTIFY my experience. A “review” is called a review for a reason. Why are you so defensive about the dentist anyway?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my teeth braces in January and still going on. The service is good and the doctor will explain my teeth condition during every visit. Treatment time will vary depending on the individual's teeth condition and it must take some time. I believe that "More haste, less speed", so patience must be needed during the treatment process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly bad experience with this dental clinic. Made an appointment 2-3 weeks before hand at 10am and requested female dentist. I entered the room at 10.30am, 10 minutes later I was asked to wait at outside.
First, they ended up let a male dentist checked my tooth. The way of he checking is hasty and without attention to detail.
I told him my molar is in pain and it was attached with the wisdom tooth. Then I asked him whether can do filling. He replied no, better do extraction.
Second, I really doubted on his professional because he insisted want me do the extraction. Anyway, I did told him if filling is not work then I going to do root canal treatment. He said root canal very troublesome as it required at least 3 visit to complete the treatment. Later, he ask me wait at outside and tell the staff if I want to do x-ray. I informed the staff that I going to do x-ray right after I went out. Another half to 1 hour waiting in order to do the x-ray. Why on earth so difficult to squeeze 5 minutes to do my x-ray? If you short of mainpower, please expand it instead of let the patient waited so long.
Third, the female dentist finally got time do xray for me. Her explanation far far better than the male dentist. At least her points are convinced me. They asked me come back at 4pm due to high volume customer traffic at the moment.
Forth, I really no idea what is the purpose of making an appointment. The appointment never on time. I came back at 4pm but 4.30pm only my turn. While the female dentist explaining to me, the male dentist is interrupting our conversation. He said he knew some specialist dental in KL and he can suggest me if I want.
In fact, from that moment onwards, I made up my mind not going to seek for their services. Tired and irritated after the appointment. They've messed up the thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am one of the patient that doing my teeth braces here for 2 years. I can say that the services are good. Every staffs here are kindly and polite. Doctor will explain my teeth condition clearly and all the procedures during every visit. Keep it up doctor. I believe that the treatment will take time therefore patience is very important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady receptionist is quite rude and unproffesional, it seems like she always having a bad mood. Every time i enter the clinic, i feel so negative. I've been doing braces over here really long, there are a lot of customers doing braces. So every time i need to wait over 30 min to an hour for my turn even-though i have an appointment. I think same goes to everyone.
Since there are lot of customers, the male dentist always just change my band quickly and that's it. He doesn't tell me about my progress and whenever i asked when my treatment will complete (because it has been two years C'mon) , he seems like annoyed and defensive. Shouldn't the doctor communicate with their patients about their concern towards the treatment and stuff? I think if i can turn back time ,i would go to a more professional clinic in Ipoh to do my braces. wasting my money, time and energy. There are also other unpleasant stuff i faced, lazy to write.
Above are my true experience, no intention of giving false bad reviews. If good experience i rate good, bad experience i rate bad.
There are other bad reviews towards the clinic too, I believe they are true. I also encountered the similar experience like them. Good luck
