โ โ โ โ โ Servis teruk. Pekerja Kaunter tidak mesra. Tidak menyediakan sanitizer masa Pkpb. Bila minta sediakan, buat muka x puas hati. Just tlg ingatkan utk kebaikan. Masa menunggu yang lama. Bila kol nak buat appointment, kata xperlu buat n walk in sahaja. Tp bila datang kena tunggu lama sbb pekerja kat kaunter bgtau sbb xbuat appointment?โโ๏ธ?โโ๏ธ Pernah dtg untuk cabut gigi tp lepas 2 tahun masih bengkak tmpt injection. Kalu nak pergi pastikan dgn DR mohd kamil dan bukan Dr. Muda yg baru grad.
 Bad service. Counter employees are not friendly. Does not provide Pkpb time sanitizer. When asked to prepare, make a face x satisfied. Just remind me for good. Long waiting time. When you want to make an appointment, say xperlu do n walk in only. But when you come, you have to wait a long time for the worker at the counter to make an appointment ?โโ๏ธ?โโ๏ธ Ever come to have a tooth extracted, but after 2 years, the injection site is still swollen If you want to go, make sure with DR Mohd Kamil and not Dr. Young new grad.

Thank you to the doctor who is friendly and hospitable ..... doctor's assistant cum receptionist cum cashier who is firm but friendly. Prompt treatment, orderly from the doctor.Thank you

โ โ โ โ โ The dentist's good but I think they have closed business. I went there 2x during the normal operating hour and also made few calls for appointment - no one in clinic (during visit) and no reply to that numerous telephone calls made.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Kamil and other dentists gave excellent dental services. But improvements need to be made for their receptionist (the older one). Her PR and communication skills with clients / customers are very bad. If you plan to go for braces services here (which is long term), can opt for Bangi Branch because their staffs there are way more polite and nicer. One time experience with rude receptionist is acceptable, but for long term, not recommended.
