β β β β β Called 2 weeks ago mentioned that i need wisdom tooth operation as i back from Singapore and my schedule is tight, need to settle asap before i flight back. Today doctor ask me go Gleneagles hospital take X ray and bring back then just can make appt for the operation (why u just email me the referral letter so that i can go for x ray before i come, instead of spend my time wait for the doctor just to ask me go x ray?!) the nurse then give me her email address so that i don't need to come bck again. I waiting for her reply in hospital (screenshot attached) almost 1 hour no reply, call hp and office all no answer
the nurse then text me after i reach home, appt fall on Friday! so what's the point i called 2 weeks ago?! i already informed that i need to fly back singapore within one week then nw u wasted me 5 days to wait for another appt! the nurse still ignorance of my situation, should choose other clinic to make all things easily!
ps: i done wisdom tooth operation few years ago with other doctor, is a good experience but unfortunately the doctor leave the clinic already

β β β β β Went in for an extraction. Doctor Ken was amazing, helped to calm me down by engaging in conversations before the procedure. I really appreciated that, shows that they take the time to consider and understand their patients. Iβll definitely come back here. Price is affordable too and the best part is I didnβt feel any pain at all during the extraction! Very very happy customer!

β β β β β First time to this clinic. Saw the review were good. And indeed the nurses were polite and helpful. Did my filling and scaling by Dr Wong. She was patience and soft spoken. Thumbs up and kudos to Dr Wong and nurses there. Keep up the good services.

β β β β β Walked in today without any appointment & the staff was friendly helpful. The male doctor was very soft spoken, gentle and did a great job ????? I got my tooth extraction done in a painless and fast way. Didn't get the doctor name but he was good looking ??? Definitely will return for scaling oh almost forgotten the price was fair and affordable.
