Came again on the given date. Sadly, had to wait as walk-in customer for almost 1 hour.
So, what is the purpose of 'booking'?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly renovated, hence very comfortable. I did my bracers here. The service is very good. Dr. Farhana is very gentle, kind and understanding. The staffs are friendly too. Only downside is the wait is quite long as they are having more patients now. Good service, hence more customers I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 6yo son have been to this clinic 2x after he complained his teeth hurt, first for patching his teeth as per doc's advise. A few days later he complained his teeth hurting again. Then we gone for 2nd time, did the root canal treatment and patch. His pain free last just for a few days only, but the same teeth hurt again, worse than before.
Then we just go to the another clinic. The other doc said the doc at this clinic did the root canal treatment rather poorly, not extracting and clean the teeth thoroughly just on the surface, resulting to worse infection and thus worse pain.
Just wasted a few hundred ringgit and time here when can actually get it done once and for all at another place.
Summary, incompetent. Should improve the service fast or risk becoming irrelevant as more and more destistry pop up in Temerloh as speak.
