Jangan fikirkan cara nk jimat kos tp fikirkan cara untuk keselesaan pelanggan. Not reccomended ! Very poor service Non-customer friendly doctors. The waiting room is also a bit warm and uncomfortable. Don't think about how to save on costs, but don't think of ways to comfort your customers. Not reccomended! Very poor service
U	Ultra Vixx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau ikutkan hati, nak rate 0 star. Sbb doktor klinik ni tak professional, slalu perli2 assistant. Adik sy lepasan spm with no qualification in dental field, masuk klinik ni utk jd assistant doc. Baru keja 3 hari tapi dah nak berenti. Kenapa? Sbb doc sangat tak professional. Hari first doc ajar adik sy buat bancuhan denture. Dia ckp dia buat 200 kali lebih baru bancuhan denture tu jadi. Tp dia tunjuk kt adik sy baru 3 kali, then dia nak suruh adik sy buat bancuhan denture tu utk dia. Lpstu dia slalu marah2 sbb adik sy takdak qualification, perli adik sy lambat buat krja. Paling mengejutkan doc mintak adik sy to perform procedures on patients. Dia suruh adik sy trim denture patient and buat scaling. Bila adik sy ckp tak boleh & taknak ambik risiko, doc ckp "takdak masalah pun.. trim saja. Tgok kan sy buat? Ha habis tu? Apa yg susah. Trim ikut apa yg patient cakap la kat mana sakit/tak selesa". Kalau saya lah patient time tu mmg saya sekeh pala doc tu. Apa pulak mintak assistant buat krja dia. Dia la patut buat. Siap ckp lg "kerja sy rawat pesakit ja, lain2 semua awak yg kna buat sbb awak assistant saya".. dia slalu ckp adik sy slow buat krja. Yaaaaaaaa mmg adik sy boleh teleport dr kaunter ke surgery room dlm sekelip mata. Hari ketiga adik sy dah tak boleh tahan, mintak nk berhenti. Doc ckp tak boleh, alasan tak kukuh, kna ada pengganti baru boleh berhenti. Bukan ka nak cari pekerja ni kerja majikan? Apa bnda la doc ni. Disuruhnya adik aku cari org ganti dlu baru boleh berenti. And he said "orang kuat bg alasan ni org tak berjaya". Then he started comparing his life to my sister's. He said to my sister "mental lemah, fizikal okay sbb rajin". WTH?!?! Yg pasal doc suruh adik sy trim denture patient and buat scaling tu, bila adik sy ckp dia taknak ambik risiko, doc ckp pulak "tu masalah assistant, sbb tu sy suruh awak buat tgok. Kalau jadi, sy bayaq awak. Mau tak jadi awak bayaq kt saya. Sy dengaq budak smkap(skolah adik sy) ni hebat2. Tak sngka awak mcm 'ni'. Kat smkap bnyk pelajar cemerlang. Awak ni msti pelajar kelas belakang ni kot". Excuse me who are you to judge ppl. Adik aku kelas ke 2 out of six. Aku panas hati betui. Lpstu nak compare adik aku ngn past staff. Ckp past staff ada ja yg tadak pengalaman tp boleh buat denture segala. Kalau mcm tu knapa semua berenti? Smpai adik aku assistant kna buat semua kerja dr jaga kaunter smpai tlong doc in surgery room. Doc ckp "org yg takmau ambik risiko ni org takmau berjaya. Adik ni takmau masuk U ka? Nak masuk U bkn mcm ni attitude dia. Lain. bla bla bla". Attitude hg as a doc pun tak betui lagi nak mengata org. Katanya experience dah 20 thn. Doesnt seem so to me. Doc patutnya tak bg assistant buat kerja dia. Mau jd apa2 kat patient habis la assistant kna tanggung. Kalau kna saman ka lagi naya. Kesimpulannya, tak payah la pegi klinik ni. Doc entah apa2. If you have a heart, rate 0 star. As the doctor of this clinic is not a professional, it is always helpful. Adik and spm graduate with no qualification in dental field, enter clinic by utk jd assistant doc. It's only been 3 days but it's about to end. Why? The doc is very unprofessional. The first day doc taught my sister to do dentistry. He said he made 200 times more of the denture. But he shows her his new sister 3 times, and then he asks her to do a denture for her. He is always angry with his sister and not qualifying, but his brother is slow and slow. Most surprisingly, my doc asked my sister to perform procedures on patients. She told her sister to trim the patient's denture and do the scaling. When my sister can't and shouldn't take risks, doc ckp "doesn't matter .. just trim. Do you want to do that? If I was patient then I would just like that doc. Do not ask your assistant to help her. She should do it. Ready to read "work and take care of all the other people you work with as your assistant" .. he is always slow and slow to work. Yaaaaaaaa my sister can teleport over to the surgery room in an instant. The third day my sister couldn't stand it, begging me to stop. Doc ckp can't, for some reason, no new substitute can stop. Don't you want to find a job for this employer? What is this doc? My sister told me to look for a new replacement. And he said "strong man for this reason did not succeed". Then he started comparing his life to my sister's. He said to my sister "mentally weak, physically okay and diligent". WTH?!?! About the doc tell your sister and trim denture patient and do the scaling, if the sister and the ckp do not take the risk, the doc ckp "it's a problem assistant, as well as tell you to do it. my daddy. I know he is a good boy (my younger brother) is not good at this. He is not a good student. Excuse me who are you to judge ppl. My sister is in second grade out of six. I'm hot about it. I want to compare my sister to the past staff. Ckp past staff have a lot of experience but can do all the denture. What if everything goes wrong? My little sister is my assistant in all over the counter care of three docs in the surgery room. Doc ckp "People who don't take risks are not succeeding. They don't want to go in? Do you want to get in touch with their attitude. Others. Blah bla bla". Attitude hg as a doc doesn't even bother to say org. He said the experience is 20 years old. Doesn't seem so to me. Doc shouldn't be an assistant for his job. I want to be patient until my assistant is responsible. If it suits you then it will be bad. In conclusion, it's okay to go to this clinic. Doc is fine.
A	Afeezah Yuso be wep on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time datang sini sebab dekat dengan rumah mertua. Kami dah biasa buat checkup gigi tapi ditempat lain. Sebelum datang, sy kol dahulu sbb sy bawa anak kecil.. jadi tak boleh tunggu lama (anak 3 org). Assistant klinik jawab dan kata pesakit tiada buat masa ini. So, elok lah jika kami segera pergi. Bila sampai, kami kena tunggu 30-40minit. 20minit pertama dalam keadaan panas (klinik ni mcm save bajet xnak buka aircond dan kipas).. lepas request utk buka aircond sbb sy bawa baby, kene tunggu lagi 10 minit utk dibuka.. Kemudian, assistant doctor beritahu mereka belum makan lagi.. waktu tu jam pukul 4pm.. sy pelik kenapa waktu rehat 1pm -2.30pm tak makan? Apa gunanya tampal waktu operasi di luar klinik? (Buat pengetahuan, sy telah datang jam 12.30pm, tetapi klinik dah gelap dan nak berehat, so saya balik dan tunggu buka selepas 2.30pm..) Jam 430pm, mereka panggil utk rawatan. Saya dahulukan anak2 sy.. bila Doc check gigi anak saya, die beri konsultasi dan setuju utk buat tampalan. Anak2 sy dah biasa jumpa doc gigi, jadi mereka memang tak takut. Doc yg merawat sangat tak mesra kanak2, buat kanak2 mcm org dewasa. Tiada kesabaran! Anak sy bukan menjerit pon. Die cuma tak selesa kerana sedutan air di mulut tidak dilakukan dengan sempurna menyebabkan anak sy tak selesa. Mereka pula baru nak latih staff baru (baru masuk hari pertama).. bila kanak2 tak selesa sebab servis sedutan yg kurang baik, anak sy gerak2 (sebab xselesa kan).. doc tersebut terus tak nak buat dengan menyalahkan anak sy tidak beri kerjasama!!! Sungguh kecewa sy ketika itu sebab masa menunggu yg lama! Berpanas! Bila doc check anak sy, die tak boleh tahan walaupon tak sampai 5 minit!!! Sungguh teruk servis die.. Doc teraebut kata die ada pesakit lain yg sedang menunggu utk rawatan, dan die khuatir pesakit akan menunggu lama jika die teruskan servis utk anak saya.. beristighfar sy ketika itu.. sungguh2 kecewa! Utk pengetahuan, seorg pesakit perempuan menunggu, itu pon baru tapi die risau pesakit tersebut tunggu lama, padahal anak sy tadi nk dapatkan rawatan tak sampai 5 Bila doc bagi banyak alasan yg tak munasabah, sy pon keluar dengan anak sy.. sy terus ke kaunter bayaran.. caj rm45 utk konsultasi.. tiada apa2 rawatan yg anak sy dapat! Saya haramkan duit tersebut kerana menganiaya kami. Sy tak perlukan konsultasi utk anak saya, sy perlukan treatment. Sbb sy mmg tahu apa masalah gigi anak sy. So, sesiapa yang nak datang check gigi anak, pergilah ke klinik lain.. sepanjang sy ke klinik gigi, caj konsultasi adalah percuma utk pertama kali.. klinik ini dah la caj konsultasi, taknak buat treatment pula.. tiada apa2 kebaikan yg sy dapat hari itu. Kesian anak sy Waktu menunggu yang lama! Klinik panas! Doctor yang tak mesra, banyak merungut dan maaf cakap PEMALAS!! Semoga dapat balasan atas penganiayaan terhadap pesakit kanak2 dan pada seorang ibu yang berhempas pulas bawa anak2 ke sana. First time here because it's close to the in-law's house. We used to do dental checkups but elsewhere. Before I came, I had to take my baby with him .. so I couldn't wait for him (kids 3). The assistant clinic answered and the patient said no at this time. So, it would be nice if we left soon. When we arrived, we had to wait 30-40 minutes. The first 20 minutes are in the heat (the clinic is saving the budget not to open the airconds and the fan) .. after the request to open the aircond as they bring the baby, here wait 10 more minutes to open .. Then, the assistant doctor told them they didn't eat yet .. at 4pm .. it's weird why 1pm -2.30pm breaks? What good is a paste in surgery outside of the clinic? (To my knowledge, I arrived at 12.30pm, but the clinic was dark and I wanted to rest, so I came back and waited until after 2.30pm.) At 430pm, they called for treatment. I was the first child .. when Doc checked my son's teeth, he consulted and agreed to paste. My kids are used to seeing dentists, so they're not scared. Doctors who care are very child-friendly, for children to grow up. No patience! My son doesn't scream pounds. Die is just uncomfortable because the suction in the mouth is not done properly causing my child to feel uncomfortable. They also want to train new staff (just entered the first day) .. when the kids are uncomfortable because of poor suction service, kids and movement (because it's ok) .. the doc just keeps doing it by blaming my kids for not cooperating! !! I was really disappointed at that time because of the long wait! Hot! When I check my son's doc, he can't wait even less than 5 minutes !!! It was so bad that the service died .. Doc said that there were other patients waiting for treatment, and he was worried that the patient would have to wait a long time to continue the service for my child .. To my knowledge, a female patient is waiting, it's a new pound but she's worried that the patient is waiting for a long time, but my son didn't get treatment 5 times. When the doc for many unreasonable reasons, I went out with my son .. went straight to the counter .. rm45 charge for consultation .. no treatment my son got! I banned the money for mistreating us. I don't need consultation for my child, I need treatment. All I know is my daughter's teeth problem. So, anyone who wants to come see a dentist, go to another clinic .. all the way to the dental clinic, consulting fee is free for the first time .. this clinic is a consulting fee, no treatment required .. no benefits whatsoever that day. Poor kid Long wait! The clinic is hot! Unfriendly Doctor, many complains and sorry to say THANK YOU !! Hope to compensate for the mistreatment of the pediatric patients and to a mother who struggles to bring the children there.

S	Sya Nazli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasent experience overall. The doctor was nice and cordial, and the assistance were constantly smiling. I won't give 5 stars though as the waiting room was very hot, with only 2 wall fans installed. The waiting room was quite big so it wasn't enough to me. Also, the doctor was very abrupt with his assistance, always demanding, and wasn't very nice to them altogether. Overall, I was pleasently surprised.
