Thanks Dr Chong for the treatment, Not only the treatment, she explained well on my teeth condition especially my gum problem. Luckily is reversible!!! Thanks for the heads up, will definitely visit again.

It was my daughter's first time going to the dental and she really had fun and great experience with Dr Tan. My daughter is already 6 years old, I love the way Dr Tan introduced my daughter the tools in a holistic way before and during the treatment which scared away her fears. The administrative part was also good, friendly and explained in details.

I have never liked going to the dentist, but Dr. Tan has changed all that for me. She is not only professional and kind, but takes her time when working on you. She was very upfront with pricing and giving me various options on treatments which suit my budget. Highly recommended.

What first caught my attention during my evening walks was the name of this clinic “ OralBay your caring family dentist”. It looked all pleasant especially knowing it was near to the neighboring Baptist Dialysis centre. From the setting for an appointment even though Dr.Tan many who have given great reviews was no longer around unfortunate for me however I was advised that Dr.Chiong will be the dentist for my case this time. You never try you never know so I decided to push myself and to give it a shot to go and get my tooth checked with this doctor. Firstly, when I got in,we were told to scan the Mysejahtera app which is very good SOP’s taken. After that I was asked for my ID to be given to the counter and to take a seat but I only received my ID back after asking for it that also just after everything was over before leaving and that’s not right! Not even the police can simply hold on to our ID card plus I’m not going to run away. If I took so much courage in coming this far to break my fear from going to a dentist after my past bad experience with the government hospital meaning I would not have ran. In short...I didn’t like that! Secondly, I expected more solutions to be given to me by the doctor of how I can go about to fix my tooth apart from just two options cause in my case, it’s just one tooth that was extracted many years ago and how it has been effecting my gums in the long term so either dentures or tooth implant which is about 6k I was told over here was the only options given to me. In this terrible times where hundreds are facing financial difficulties and hardships to survive, how can one effort such plus she kept on saying that I should get it done ASAP preferably the tooth in plant which I understand it’s much a better option compared to dentures especially in my case for just a tooth but I’m sure there are more ways more to suggest besides just this two. Who doesn’t want to have a good set of teeth. Finally just before everything was over, waiting at the counter to make my payment, I was already advised how much will my tooth filling, scaling and polishing cost before even the doctor proceeded in the room and that was really brilliant of you guys at least you give one an option to think it over if someone can afford it or not but what I really think wasn’t necessary was to include on top of the bill a bottle of mouth wash and a tooth paste which we already have at home apart from whether or not we want it. There should have been at least a courtesy of asking me first... cause to me it’s more like some sales pushing techniques used normally by salesman who always insist you to buy something and that too I didn’t like. Other than that it was a good experience. Thanks

The clinic just uses the most infamous way of cunning patients ( just perform filling for all the teeth and make money out of it ) .My old father had bleeding unsure from the gum or teeth . Visited the dentist ,but the dentist decided to do filling instead of starting the root canal treatment straight . The deep scaling and abrasion was necessary , however the dentist fails to address the root cause and the treatment plan for RCT is on the third visit . And the dentist was unsure if the bleeding was from the gum or teeth , how bad is their visual inspection skills or diagnosis . Took X-ray , knew the severity of the infection and requires RCT, but decided to do temporary filling instead . One thing for sure is that , it’s not about treating patients , it’s just pure business . Unnecessarily prolonging your visits so that you can be charged more . Even if the filling was necessary, the dentist failed to address the root cause first, the bleeding , the infection. Failed to address the priority . Hope this review brings them a lesson to not to try and make money out of innocent old people or anybody else in future . And gives the proper treatment that they actually need .

Very unprofessional service! 4 of our family members were taking treatment with DR.Tan Mei When, but she has left the Clinic. The new Doctor, Dr.Janice Khoo Jian treated my father recently. Dr Tan has advised us to do root canaling treatment and she quoted rm480 only, 1 year ago. We postponed it due to his endoscopy and covid lockdown. So recently my father had bled, so we decided to do the root canaling treatment. So he went to the clinic and the doctor put a package as below. Visit 1 : week 1 : filling (upper teeth), full mouth scaling & x-ray for the 2 teeth for the root canaling and charged Rm1000. Visit 2 : week 2 : filling for lower teeth rm1000 Visit 3 : week 3 : root canaling treatment - rm600-800 (each tooth) NOTE: We are aware of his dental care and his condition coz we were following up with DR.Tan and before that we have another dentist as well which he already started the 1st session of root canaling. All he needed was root canaling treatment. But this doctor put a package and let my father to bleed for 1 week. So when I called and asked why u didn't do the root canaling and did other unnecessary treatment, she said that the bleeding might be coz of gum swelling as well. So I asked which one is necessary? Then she answered root canaling.. Next visit I will do root canaling. She was not confident enough to justify the treatment that she has given and the charges she made. She was keep changing the price as well. So I was very upset on the service. And requested for all my records. Then she made us wait for 3 hours to give a low quality photocopied report. And in that photocopied paper, Dr.Tan's report was not clear. So I requested for another clearer copy. She said mco and no photocopy shop is open & we don't have a photocopied machine. But her report was clearly photocopied. And gave a lot of petty reasons which ware so childish. Then I talked to the boss and then finally they typed the report out. But they made the process of giving the report so hard! And made us wait for 3 hours while my father was bleeding. I don't recommend this clinic at all! Overcharged! Not a proper explanation given! Typical minded-doctor who just focuses on money. There are many lies & twist and turns : 1. We don't know the previous doctor's name. She has left. At last they gave us by saying that they found out from the handwriting. 2. We don't have a photocopied machine in clinic. (But at last they photocopied) 3. Price varies everytime when I talk. 4. Refused to give us the break down the bill. 5. Refused to give the original copies of or report. 6. Refused give the X-ray which we paid for it. Which was rm50. I paid again for the X-ray when I went to another clinic. We had a very bad experience!

My wife had to go through a minor surgery to remove her wisdom tooth today. Dr Janice did an excellent job. My wife couldn’t help but to keep thanking her. Thanks Dr Janice and her assistant for being awesome. ?

Got my teeth checked here. Had a pleasant experience with the staff and Dr tan. She is very friendly and puts you at ease and is informative about what she is doing . Overall excellent experience . ??
