β β β β β Doctor is good and professional. But however, horrible customer service. Call and ask is there any empty slot and want to book an appointment, the lady that speak in Bahasa immediately hang up the phone. Call again, ask the same question, and the lady hang up the phone again! What is the purpose you set up a phone but not answering customer's questions? If there is no empty slot, you can just let me know. Why you need to hang up the phone? Call the third time and get ready to "scold" the lady but another guy picking up the phone. Complain to him the lady hang up the phone twice when I ask her question. What I get is "Oh, maybe she couldn't hear you so she hang up the phone." I am pretty sure the lady can hear me well but I don't know why she is not willing to answer my question.

β β β β β I told him I had a seizure and broke my tooth two days back. I told that the broken tooth is cutting into my tongue because the broken piece is sharp. He can just dull the teeth right? No. He refused to. He keeps saying that my seizure will come back if he dulls that sharp teeth. This happened at 4.40pm, 20 mins before the clinic is closing. I came so much earlier and gave the information as to why my teeth broke and the seizure. The dentist (old person) could had told me and I could have gone to another specialist but he made me wait and all other clinics are closing now. If you canβt wait and wanna go back early, just say and send us off. Donβt make up excuses like the seizure will come back just for filling a sharp teeth. Now I am in agonizing pain and all the other clinics are closed. If youβre reading this, take note!! The dentist will treat you as if youβre illiterate medically. Worse, heβll smile and chuckle as he belittles your condition, logic and reasoning. Beware.

β β β β β Long queue.... Do not have skill to handle patients... No adequate sits For the patients.... Around 2 hours I'm standing here.... Oh gosh... Even seeing patients just ignore them and not welcoming... I'm sorry to say this.. maybe the doctor need to modified and get skillful staff to avoid more problems and comments.

β β β β β was assist well by the receptionist, answered all my questions .was polite.Went there for tooth extraction.attended by the old doctor.he was very sure that i must be having diabetes(thankful,im not diabetic). because my gum swelled.and could not extract due to that..i was not a fan of the way doc checked.he was rough with his tools .the thing is i have abscess and was suggested either root canal treatment or extraction.came here because could not wait until appointment in other clinic. disappointing overall.
