Staff incharge so rude, very arrogant. Not for the information that should be after wearing the bracess. Tight and pretentious face. The worst service I've ever seen. Dislike dislike dislike??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum. Pertama, sy pernah cabut & cuci gigi di sini beberapa tahun lps semasa mengandung,servis bagus. Seterusnya,jan 22 sy bawa anak 7 tahun cabut gigi. Staf kaunter pendaftaran ok,sy scan MyS, dia tgk profile sy & isi borang manual. Doc perempuan yg bagus pandai ambil hati kanak2 & anak sy pn suka. So selesai..sy puas hati dgn servis klinik ini & harga yg sangat berpatutan berbanding klinik lain.
Malangnya,sy pergi pagi hari ini 23 Mac 2022 utk cabut gigi lg,anak yg sama. Sy tidak dibenar menggunakan servis di klinik ini selepas staf mengetahui sy tidak mengambil suntikan vaksin covid19. Sangat tidak sangka klinik ini mengamalkan Medical Apatheid- diskriminasi perubatan..apa beza individu yang sudah divaksin covid19 dengan yang tidak mengambil? Sy & anak sihat walafiat, tiada kontak rapat jadi kenapa ya SOP diskriminasi ini masih diguna pakai ketika mana negara sudah menuju ke fasa Peralihan Endemik? Sy datang sebagai pelanggan utk menyokong premis yang dimiliki org Melayu Islam,tapi sayang premis itu sendiri seperti 'menolak rezeki'. Sy sudah menggunakan banyak servis sama ada di premis kerajaan atau swasta,tiada masalah dan tiada sekatan.
Sy berharap pihak pengurusan tertinggi Klinik Pergigian Gigiku Bukit Changgang mengkaji semula SOP berkenaan isu pelanggan yg datang tanpa mengira status vaksinasi kerana ia jelas bercanggah dengan Perlembagaan Negara di mana sebagai rakyat Malaysia yang sah bebas untuk memilih. Agama Islam itu sendiri melarang umat nya membeza-bezakan sesama manusia & jauh sekali mengamalkn diskriminasi. Mohon maaf atas teguran & terima kasih.
Assalamualaikum. First, sy used to pull & brush teeth here a few years lps while pregnant, good service. Next, Jan 22 sy brought a 7 -year -old to have his teeth extracted. The registration counter staff is ok, sy scans MyS, he doesn't have a profile and fills in the manual form. Doc is a good woman who is good at capturing the hearts of children and children who like her. So done..sy satisfied with the service of this clinic & the price is very reasonable compared to other clinics.
Unfortunately, I left this morning, March 23, 2022 to have another tooth extracted, the same child. Sy was not allowed to use the services at this clinic after the staff found out that sy did not take the covid19 vaccine injection. I did not expect this clinic to practice Medical Apatheid- medical discrimination..what is the difference between individuals who have been vaccinated with covid19 and those who have not? Sy & anak are healthy and trustworthy, there is no close contact so why is this SOP of discrimination still in use when the country is heading into the Endemic Transition phase? Sy came as a customer to support the premises owned by Malay Muslims, but unfortunately the premises itself was like 'rejecting sustenance'. Sy has used many services whether in government or private premises, no problems and no restrictions.
Sy hopes that the top management of Bukit Changgang Dental Clinic will review the SOP on the issue of customers who come regardless of vaccination status because it clearly contradicts the National Constitution where as legitimate Malaysians are free to choose. Islam itself forbids its ummah to discriminate against other human beings and is far from practicing discrimination. Sorry for the reprimand & thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum, this is the clinic that I am currently doing my braces.. to be honest, the doctor in charge is really great.. Sometimes the female doctor do my treatment but mostly the male one.
The male doctor is so great, i do not know whats his name but his words and treatment and consultation is very assuring..he answered all my question and always gave good advice and guidance at the end of every monthly service. The treatment is done so nicely, the pain is bearable and likely most of the time only my fear of going to dental appointment disturb me. Simultaneously, the service and doctor treatment is top notch for me. I recommend you guys and whoever read this to go to this clinic
As for the front desk part, hmmmm one of the lady rolled eyes to me after she repeatedly asking me the same question, i couldnt hear it so well since theres a child crying in the background. The other lady who were beside her at the moment often use inappropriate intonation to me, the front desk is quite fierce haha but i think they are good person inside. I am quite disheartened but i dont take it to my heart so much since the service done by the clinic is very calming to me in the end. Thank you
